They need more meat added to that! Organs n eggs and supplemented with bone meal or other powder supplement. But I'm sure it's better than kibble. Thank you!

My rice isn't cooked..righ now I used Uncle Bens...any long grain rice is good. But next I will get long grain brown rice.

I cook my carrots and sweet potatoes. Add my spinach to my rice as it cooks and steam my greenbeans add it together . I cook chicken 10 lbs for $10 and I cut up cooked chicken put in my grinder..add everything plus pumpkin puree and add tumeric. Than bag in 1 cup freezer bags... Takes me all dau. Tomorrow I'm making her treats with crushed bananas, peanut butter, greek yogurt and I also have a recipe with pumpkin puree bananas couple blueberries coconutwater, put in my puppy molds and freeze...she eats better than I do!!

Peas are expensive, her fresh ground turkey is expensive...you can find frozen turkey chubs for about $1.84 at Walmart. We get fresh spinach from Sams Club, green bean cans, sweet potatoes, potatoes, fresh chicken broth, plain rice, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, turmeric and our special ingredient is something that can be found but it's not in stores, it's Moringa leaf powder. This has literally reversed aged our oldest dog and the other dog constantly would throw up, is now free of this situation. We cook it in a pressure cooker for about 40 minutes and done...

You actually made this look really easy. And what you call a "mess" was far from it. lol I was trying to figure out why you liked making a double batch because it seemed to make everything more difficult, but then I realized it's because then that allows you to use the whole can of pumpkin. Can't you buy a can that's half the size? It just seems like everything would be easier doing the normal-sized batch.

Another thing you can do is put all the eggs in and put the shells back into the egg container, then rinse the shells out let them dry and then put them in your processor and grind them down to almost a powder and then sprinkling all over your food!

I would leave the shells on the eggs. They are an excellent and natural way to give them Calcium.

Our dogs love this. I just use raw turkey. Sweet potato i cook and i used frozen cooked veggies. My cat even likes it. Great way to get the raw in. ❤ you did good for a 1st time video.

I like your recipe and appreciate your video, but you seem to have made it much harder for yourself than necessary. 20 minutes in an instant pot, all ingredients, including the rice, with only rough chopping, will render everything completely cooked and soft and easy to blend with your nifty gloves. It will break down small for your small dogs. The addition of finely processing everything is adding so much unnecessary time and hassle to your routine. Even if you need to do it in batches with a smaller instant pot it would still be significantly faster and less work to just cook and dump into your bus bin. And you will never have to worry about it being dry. Also, highly recommend turmeric WITH black pepper, blueberries, and organ meat. Keep up the good work, and make your life a little simpler with an 8quart instant pot.

Skip the chicken. Not good for dogs. Add lamb, rice and spinach. Oatmeal is good. Also blueberry coconut oil and eggshells for calcium.
