How I Built a Simple Roof Rack for $300 - DIY Prinsu Alternative
Do you have a link to the shocks that you used here? Im building a small offroad trailer for hauling wood/gear and i cannot find a shock that is suitable.
Info on roof rack need one for Chevy Tahoe
wow that's a LOT of work buddy! good on you to dive right in and nerd it all out! Without people like you willing to spend the time AND share the struggle and results none of us would be willing to give it a shot. side note, what mic are you using and what's your 3D printer set up ?
I'm using the Hollyland Lark M2 for most of the audio, the other times are just the built in Osmo Pocket 3 mic since it was a quick clip. My 3D Printer is the Qidi X-Plus 3, I've had it for about a year and I've put it to work.
All day for that job, pull the plug drain measure and fill no mistakes no guessing!
I would highly recommend using machine screws and nylon locknuts with washers on either side. Those baby screws will not hold up for the long haul.
It's very nice, I want to build this small caravan to use behind an ATV. Can I know the dimensions? (I used google translate, sorry if there is any wrong spelling)
Thanks man, cheap and nice
Looks great!! Awesome job on the build.
Great idea. This will be my winter project for my Jeep Gladiator
Did you upgrade the charge controler to a higher amp one? Seems like 15amps isnt a lot
It's enough for my application, I only have a fridge and random small electronics running off of this battery.
My only complaint is the round corners on the square freames of the window and doors. Ive been considering welding an all steel frame and trailer and body. My only concern is the electric work
I followed along using this method and it went well. This was great. You did a good job explaining everything.
Huracanes hinge
That’s a lot of shit to just end up making a box on wheels.
Just finished mine and posted a video. Still need to finish out the inside
Nice work dude! That fireplace is sweet!
Did you consider going with a larger case fan? Noctua makes some industrial 120mm fans that might be a substantial improvement.
I did initially because I have several 120mm fans laying around from previous PC builds. I did some calculations based on the volume of the box and determined that 80mm SHOULD move enough air.
@@javileeYT Makes sense.
Has anyone that has done this mod had any problems with sun fading the plastic ?
Could do a layer of uv protectant spray paint
Very cool, man. New sub. 👍 Ill be following along flushing my 07 fluid. Just rolled 200,000 haven't ever flushed the fluid.
236k on mine
Getting ready to do this on my 09 Tacoma with 225k miles. Thank you for this video!
Did you do this? How was your transmission acting before and how is it now?
Наглядный пример руки из жопы. Инструкция как делать не надо.
For the vents you used where did you get them , in the process of making my cabin .
How many gallons does it hold?
Good information man, thanks. I also loved the commentary 😂
Good thing u can peel it off cause u screwed them sport wheels up big time.
Love that! Nice and simple. Thanks!
Can you give us an update on this product ?
too much work ...man!! Using the drain 14mm drain them....and after that..pump back about 31/4 quarts less mess less work...and by the way I buy WS from Toyota...the kind of fluid that you are using is 1 SIZE FIT ALL....( I try not to)....THat is my way....!
Thats only a "fluid change" though. He's demonstrating a "fluid flush"
Nice work. For a minute there I thought it was snowing inside the camper :) Any reason you decided not to go with even a small cabinet on top? I know they're a pain....
Make the bottom drawer not as deep, about 2 inches shorter. the face will be recessed into the cabinet by the 2 inches, but it will not be hacked up. good work...... New Sub your gonna need an AC unit for florida. I know.....
The music wasn’t a bad choice. Most Timelapse music I can’t stand because I can differentiate the different sounds and some people do like 3 beats and some other background noise. I hate it. But this was a bop. Also good job on the build! I’ve seen a lot of others and this one I actually like. It’s detailed enough I could replicate myself and there’s a lot of cool techniques. I’d do a few things differently but that’s just me.
That looks like s*** man do it right when you post a video
I did something similar but in the bottom I attached some strip of a cutting board. Slides so much better now. Mine drawer also has scrapes since I wanted to save the big pieces of lumber.
Truck looks clean. Where did you get the truck topper from I’m try to find one for my 08 and google is not googling 😂so I came to UA-cam
Great mod, Idea !!! ROAM cases are not all that anyway.
It’s dumb expensive for no reason
Really enjoy your videos thanks for the content.
Thank you!
Used the same TPMS ?
Por cierto te envie un correo electronico (soy Manuel)........By the way, I sent you an email (I'm Manuel)
solo 426kg? pense que pesaria mucho mas
I have a roofrack on order. I want a roof top container that has the ratchet strap inside so nobody can steal it.
What outer shell material made of?
You can get a 6' peace of diamond plate the length of your front .Strap it down on a flat area and lay a 2*4 in the middle and bend it to a 45 to fit your angle. Use a angle finder to bend your top bend. Clear calk and your done. Very nice job on your trailer.
Thank you for share your creation dude!🤩 One of the best video about building an overland camper by far. I will try to build my own camper watching your video (even if I have to watch thousand times😅), greetings from Chile.
Auto Rahmen selbermachen
Awesome build! Do you have a link for the brake/turn signal lights?
Probably should have put fender washers on top of the rubber washers additionally if the rubber washers were 3/16 holes that would naturally form a seal on the bolts when you tighten them up. Thanks for posting this video it’s given me some ideas for my next project. Best regards K.
Nice build. Really like the clean look of using metal materials, as compared to wood.
What kind of battery charger did you go with?
I really like the flush track. Great idea.
