@@Jimthechevywheelman It was probably from this seller since they had 5 or 6 of them. I went back and reread their description and it said a tin would be sent with the knife. All my duck unlimited knives had a shield and an etched blade. I am happy to have the tin as I had a Ducks Unlimited knife that didn't have one and this knife is beautiful 😍 Take care Jim 🙏

I was hoping the NOS Ducks Unlimited knife I bought without a tin would fit (not perfect but it works and gives that knife a home). Ohh yeah !!! Had a Schrade 194 ot in my pocket for 20 years ( then was given a spyderco Delica by my younger brother,,, carried that delica for another 20 ,,, now that would b the ticket … a Delica with carbon steel
