I’m a 38 mom of 3 with a disable son and a very difficult background and childhood and what you said is 100% true especially the society construct and self care wich I struggled with all my life so far.. by far what i’ve learned and experienced is everything you’ve said in this video.. i hope youngers believe in your words and build a better life experience for themself having in mind just what they want and not what others or society expect them to be! Plus.. your voice is heaven for my ears!! It’s so soothing,calming and a Balm for messy thoughts!

It's an absolutely awful, soul destroying experience. I'm in my mid 40s, from a very high achieving family, but I've gotten nowhere. No career, no direction, no friends. Not by choice, things just didn't work out. I tend to keep away from my family as the constant comments judge, instead of help or advise.
