MDrumEnhancer blew my mind-and that was right after discovering MDrumStrip-maybe the best drum mixing plugin I've ever heard. Thanks for commenting!
Your using Cubase. It's the BEST !!!
@@apologiajosecarlos Good eye! Good taste! Did you get C14 yet, or are you waiting?
@dahlhousestudios Waiting for a new Computer. Than I'll upgrade to C14 Pro.
Love it. Love you. Love your breakdowns. Love your editing and production. Love music. Love everyone.
Somebody's in the mood today lol! Love ya too! Thanks so much. Will be getting lots more of these out on the CHristmas break. Plus I'm cooking up the inaugural Plugin Awards show for early Jan. See ya there!
This one's getting criminally under-viewed though😪 I'm out today trying to shill it around the online studio scene. Share it out if you got socials!
@@dahlhousestudios I know, buddy -- can't stand it. I'm sorry. You deserve better outreach.
@@dahlhousestudios Plants, lulz. Will be there.
@@dropLove_ Ha ha. I don't deserve squat. I gotta work for it. Pro Audio YT is such a niche (and discerning) space. Takes time to grow. (Unless I make one of those obvious drama-bait vids "HOW BIG AUDIO IS SCAMMING ALL OF YOU!" "YOU CAN MIX BETTER THAN CHRIS LORD-ALGE!" etc. lol)
Alain is the go to engineer for many labels and artists. Check out is website and is catalog. You’ll see he backs what he says. All power to you if you have to build your platform from bashing the “tiny” channels. Keep going, you’re so so inspiring.
Thanks for spotting the hidden features
My pleasure! Thanks for watching! More to come
Subscriptions? No way, not for me. Slate Digital needs to provide choice and competitive pricing.
I hear ya. Subs can feel like a bit of a deal with the devil. But for me, once the SSL plugs joined the deal, it was just too good to pass up. There are often amazing deals at plugin boutique on SSL plugs so it's worth it to keep your eyes peeled. Slate sales are much rarer, but they do happen. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Speaking of… SSL Native Channel Strip is 92% off right now www.pluginboutique.com/product/2-Effects/21-Channel-Strip/8653-SSL-Native-Channel-Strip/?a_aid=64b80a03dc3d7 Plus other big sales and 25% off site-wide with hidden codes: store.solidstatelogic.com/index.php
Interesting, but as a rock recorder/writer, and someone who really doesn't want to be locked to the grid, is there anything that i really need ? Looking for a reason to upgrade from 13 pro.
As almost always, there's never a need to upgrade if your current version is getting it done. For me, the performance boost and range tool changes are big enough for me to make the leap. But for rock tracking, I think you're fine with 13. Thanks for watching and commenting!
great video
Thanks! There eventually will be 130 of these vids😅
Dope. Word to Slate for all the tech (*VSX*). Generated a simple python script yesterday for midi knobs and sliders to become mousewheels with adjacent buttons for speed and on/off toggles -- opens up a new workflow with existing hardware. Can hover over and control just-about-any UI with ease. Here's to 2025 and alien audio tech, buddy. We're here for it.
That's amazing. Wish I'd stuck with it, learning code. But I fell off in the 90s. Say, do you know how to make custom plugins? I have an idea… 💡
@@dahlhousestudios What? Ha, no. Yeah, I meant to suggest "generated" using Claude. Can ask them for a Python script to convert MIDI CC to mousewheel, how to install, and keep iterating till you dig it. Make a .bat file for ease of use. Can make simple, one-page plugins in Reaper, but JUCE and whatnot require more-advanced programming, depending on what we want to do. If you know what you want though, it's worth pursuing -- so, I'm officially signing up for your beta. Hey, was somehow fortunate enough to win a UAD set that has 'Sound City Studios' and thought of you -- haven't used yet, but the SSL G Bus Compressor and Distressor are great, of course. To 2025, buddy. You deserve a grander audience. Your content is excellent and you're authentic. Something has to change, but not you and what you do -- you da best.
@@dropLove_ Ah I saw "generated script" and made some assumptions lol. What I want to do is bring back my favourite algo reverb plugin from the dead. A reverb that appears to have been abandoned. My bro and I have even tried talking to the devs (their page is still up) but no dice-they've moved on. I'd love to get it into the VST3 world, so that I won't need a wrapper to run it. And being able to give it away as a Dahl House plugin would be a cool brand move too (doubt I'd be able to sell it, unless we could get a license from the original devs). But profit is a distant third in priorities. I've been looking into JUCE and third-party coders, but the work or fees are astronomical. Thanks for all the kind words man! You're an OG.
Great tricks, I use most of them!
Thanks, Erix. Hmm… I gotta dig deeper to find even more obscure Obscura if I wanna get the scoop on seasoned pros, I guess! Do me a favour? Watch Pt. I and then come back and tell me if I missed any deep secrets? I want this to be an ongoing series ua-cam.com/video/uApAVzfTSiw/v-deo.html
Yes ... These are the actual improvements that we want and want the youtubers to make videos about. Thank you. I was disappointed that cubase 14 didnt have the actual improvements and the same boring new plugins stuff.
My pleasure for real! Part II is up: ua-cam.com/video/MeKE_1fF-Fk/v-deo.html In my first-take livestream, I felt like maybe this was more of an x.5 release for pros, but the changes they made are I'm all the right places. I bought it 48 hours after the video lol
love this channel!
Thanks Driven! Love ya right back. More to come on the Slate / SSL stuff!
@@dahlhousestudios Do you like Accustica Audio?
@@DrivenTech GREAT company! They have soooo many plugins lol. I remember liking their Scarlett EQ and their TC Electronic reverb emulation. I got to admit, they've been kind of flying underneath my radar lately! What do you use by them?
What’s the change in cUe Mix behavior? You didn’t explain that one a all…
Sigh. The voiceover clip was muted by accident here😪. It's mostly cosmetic with CR. Higher-contrast volume pots; each bus gets its own little meters to show activity; levels controls changed to be more visual; etc. I'll get this into part II video
@@dahlhousestudios allright! I thought you had discovered a secret way to quick-configuring all cue levels, convenience is everything with that, getting a friendly level quickly for my singer is important. at this stage I often just feed him master-cue + "more me"!
@@realraven2000 I should do a quickie Control Room Cue Sends vid. 🤔 So, other than the new mini-level-meters, Cues work the same. BUT! In this vid you do get to witness how I quickly setup Cues for my talent: 1. Select all tracks you want to send 2. opt+shift to activate temporary Q-Link 3. (while holding opt+shift) activate Cue1 (This will activate Cue1 on all Q-Linked tracks) 4. use mouse-wheel/trackpad to slide sends up to -6 or so 5. activate pre-fader on sends 6. adjust individual sends from there, if necessary. OPTIONAL: Add a clipper/limiter to Cue1 in the CR Inserts if you need to maximise signal to talent. Most of my vocalists end up preferring little-to-no FX so I leave those out of the Cue unless requested, plus I like building the boardmix while they're in the booth tracking-I experiment with reverbs, throw delays, doublers, etc., so sending main mix is not an option for me (since they'll hear every change I make and be like, "WTF dude?!?") Sending pre-fader allows me to get a great-sounding mix built-up before they finish takes. They come back and go, "WHOA!".
@@dahlhousestudios very cool - since I have a Steinberg UR824 I usually use hardware compression / brightness / reverb from the dsp to make sure they hear themselves in the mix, yeah I wouldn't be brave enough to try sends + stuff during tracking. I would usually only go as far as the main group mixes (drums / bass/ guit / keys / backing vox maybe) and set the cues there just to avoid micro-management. nothing killing the vibe having to select 80 tracks (even with quick link) because it can still go wrong, the mix subgroups usually have all the specific mix FX baked in so it's close to the final mix but I can just drop out a group (e.g. less guitars!) with a single cue slider. I would have to look into Pre-Fader to see if that is an advantage.
@@realraven2000 UR824 nice! I've got the MR816csx-but it's just preamps for my SSL 12 now. Steiny obsoleted the 816s by stopping writing drivers for it. Miss having that integrated DSP. 😪 Ha yeah, ability to mess around while tracking really depends on the projects. I do a lot of hip-hop and singer-songwriter, so it's stems or busses and a vocal or guitar mic. Everything goes into a template and the cues are set up already and only need some refining. With the Slate Virtual Mix Rack, I can even ADD plugins while tracking‚ so I've gotten pretty bold at mixing-while-tracking. It's worth it to see the client's face when they get out of the booth and hear a much more finished mix! But yeah, wouldn't want to get too crazy with it on a full-band session.
Yes, you can mix a whole track using only Neutron, but it will sound crap! 🧡
LOL! Well, at least you don't mince words! Up until this version, I'd be tempted to agree. But I found N5 to a perfectly reasonable sort of first-move on many tracks. As you can hear in my "mix," it's never going to mix start-to-finish for anyone-but it got some tracks more balanced and sitting up nicely. Let's meet back in here in 5 years and see where AI mixing is at. Do you think AI mixing will take over? 🤔 Thanks for commenting!
@@dahlhousestudios We won't be meeting back here in 5 years, AI will 😁
use a towel on them after and they will dry much faster
You certainly could-though I would caution to only BLOT with the towel-put the pad down and press a towel onto it, or press the pad into the towel-but not rubbing with the towel (I'd be so scared of matting the "fur" lol). Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@dahlhousestudios That’s right
BTW: I'm making a Plugins of the Year awards show-what's your vote for Plugin of the Year? 🤔
Hi! Very informative video. Dom is great and very slick, but I also like yours too, as it's like having a mate sat next to you and learning along with you. This can be a great time saver, as can many of these updated features. Believe that you can currently turn on VST2s in media bay. Default is no VST2. May be useful until some developers update, as per some Slate, etc. Incidently, I have had 14 Pro installed for some time, but it has never crashed on me. I'm on PC, but I believe your on Mac? Could that be the difference?
Hey, glad you found me. I will be your Cubase mate-just stick with me! (Currently working on my "MORE C14 secret features" vid). Yeah Dom became the King of Cubase along with Chris Selim-Cubase seems to work well with Canadian UA-camrs, so I've got a chance lol-and he deserves it. Cubase is niche within a niche UA-cam market and it really takes time to grow an audience (we engineers are a tough crowd too). Yes, VST2s can be turned on in Plugin Manager. Not sure if Windows version number affects you guys. On macOS, it depends on settings. Cubase needs to be running in Rosetta Mode (the wrapper that allows non-Apple Silicon apps to run) to see that VST2 button. In Native Apple Silicon Mode, the Plugin Manager does not present the choice. Its the classic Mac trade-off. Either way, the day is coming when all VST2 will be dead. Check my vid on Universal Plug to see how to preserve old plugins! ua-cam.com/video/ukwRJKFWtIw/v-deo.htmlsi=NDQQx2u9yyGz7ZLy&t=583 That comp that crashed in this vid was the only one so far that exhibited that behaviour. I've experienced one crash since. I suspect 1 or 2 gnarly plugins aren't quite properly coded for VST3 or Apple Silicon yet. So you're right: at the moment, there is a huge difference between how Cubase runs on Apple Silicon and PC. The performance boost in 14 for native Silicon mode is so good though. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@dahlhousestudios As Arnie said "I'll be back" 😁
Hey I'm making a Plugins of the Year awards show-what's your vote for Plugin of the Year? 🤔
Bought this when it came out. It never failed.
YEs! A fellow OG AirEQ acolyte! Slate's smartest move was teaming up with Eiosis. Thanks for watching!
I'm making a Plugins of the Year awards show-what's your vote for Plugin of the Year? 🤔
Thanks for this.
Thank YOU for watching! How are you feeling about C14? 🤔
@@dahlhousestudios looks like a great update.
Hey I'm making a Plugins of the Year awards show-what's your vote for Plugin of the Year? 🤔
From what I`ve tested . Cubase DAW PROJECT feature able to import file which exported from BITWIG , But not yet understand when you have "strech and loop" parts . Studio ONE and even REAPER ( with help of free tool called project converter) working just fine
Ah OK, well that might explain my failure. Plenty of little time-stretched clips in that rock project I was trying to export! So you need a third-party tool for the other DAWs? Is it a plugin? An app? Thanks for watching and commenting!
DAWProject. Not Beat Project
Oops! Thanks for the correction.
Studio one7 also doesn’t work in Daw Project. Big buzz kill on search vests in insert mode. Control room design …meh
Hey! Do you mean that exporting from Cubase 14 to Studio One doesn't work? Or that Studio One's DAWproject exports also don't work? See pinned comment: they actually IMPROVED plugin search: no TAB needed anymore, just down arrows!😇 Control Room is mostly cosmetic, yeah. I like it a lot, but it's more of a x.5-level feature. The performance improvements and QoL stuff are the biggest deals for me. Are you going to update? 🤔 Thanks for watching and commenting!
At 7:06 I cover how Steinberg "ruined" the TAB navigation in plugin menu. In fact, they IMPROVED it: you now just use the arrow keys. It's a great improvement! I corrected this in part 2: ua-cam.com/video/MeKE_1fF-Fk/v-deo.html
Plugin Search Tab Ruined: irritating first - they've just removed the need for the tab key! Just arrows now. Took me a while to NOT press tab first ;-)
YESS Great minds think alike! I figured this out while making my new Neutron 5 video yesterday too! It's a great improvement and I'll add a pinned correction. I'll include it in my next Cubase video too. Thanks!
Please, add chapters. It would make it easier to watch. (Oh, and 175 tracks is a monster project? The latest film score I worked on had close to 2000! It opens marginally faster.)
OK, Mr. Fancy Kilotracks… Your wish is my command! I'm glad you pointed it out. This was the second upload of this vid and I missed adding the chapters to it. DONE! Chapters are added. 175 tracks, with all sorts of VSTi and stacks of plugins and sends and etc, IS a big rock project! I know you VSL guys get up to some crazy stuff with your orchestral comps though, wow. I know that you have fancy tricks for getting the headroom to run so many VSTi. How do you do it? Maybe you could make a video about it (and definitely not forget to add chapter markers)? Thanks for watching, commenting, and catching that error for me!
@@dahlhousestudiosNow I totally get why you don't even have 1k subscribers after so many videos...
@@uncle-ed Ouch. That stings. Have a good audio journey anyways.
still a favorrite
Yes! Do you have All Access Pass? You know what, I had kind of let AirEQ slide a bit over the last few years. This is what happens when you have too many plugins lol! But I was serious in the vid: I'm putting this on all my mix busses from now on: 1dB-ish of Air and Earth. I'm also going to break it out for surgical EQ'ing (along with Slate's Infinity EQ 2 for dynamic and sidechaining EQ) more often-after learning so much more about it and seeing how clean it is. Thanks for watching and commenting!
My go to EQ for years has always been Fabfilter's pro Q 3 and I'm quite stuck in my ways tbh haha. But this one sounds fantastic though and that top end it brings to the drums was so clean! I love this kind of content mate! 👍
@@XenoTheProducer Well, you've got about 50 vids to catch-up on lol! Yeah, FabFilter is the industry standard for a reason. But! Slate has a response that comes with the Access bundles: Infinity EQ 2! It's nearly feature-identical. That's a few letters down the list, so it'll be a while till that video. Thanks for checking out the channel! You're a great musician, so it means a lot.
@@dahlhousestudios Thank you for the kind words mate, that really does mean a lot! The only Slate plugin Ive ever actually tried was the OG Slate FX-G, so maybe one day I'll have to try some of their other products, because that EQ sounds great. And yeah I will have plenty of videos to watch! haha
A classic, I need to not overlook this one.
Do you have the Access Pass? It gets difficult as we accumulate plugins. I fell back in love with this EQ while doing this showcase. I'm 100% putting this on all my mix busses with 1-1.5dB of Air and Earth on it. Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@dahlhousestudios Yeah I have the All Access Pass, I wish they would allow you use some of the units outside the VMR, a bit like sound toys. That would be really useful.
@@threethievesmusic I have SoundToys Effects Rack too and it didn't allow me to use effects outside of it 🤔 To be fair, many rack effects have independent versions, like AirEQ (I didn't show the rack versions of Air and Earth 'cos I'm dumb!) But yeah, so many plugs I do wish were available as inserts: the gates, transient designer, EQs. I was really not into the VMR at first. But what won me over was how light it runs as a system. I can actually load VMR plugins on a track while recording into it! It carves out its own buffer. Pretty cool. Anyway, Custom Opto compressor is next on the alphabetical list! Thanks
Ah, AirEQ...I've been a fan for so long. The first EQ to challenge me to use my ears instead of my eyes. I was a big evangelist back in 2006 when it came out. Cheers! Looking forward to the rest of the Slate reviews. :)
Rock you like a HURRICANE!!!!! ssssssccchhhhWHACK!
Dude you KNOW it. I had that song in mind the whole time lol
I like what you did for the headphone hanger, can you make a quick guide on how to replicate it? xD
@@VileVamp Rewatching it, I was speaking a little too off-the-cuff when I said, "my special headphone pad stand." I should've mentioned it was one of the stands for my green backdrop and I was using one of the plastic clamps that came with it to keep the pads from falling. Any vertical pipe-style stand would do: backdrop / microphone stands; tripods; anything vertical. Get little plastic spring clamps at any hardware/dollar store or Amazon. Like these: a.co/d/cKgeowP. There are a million ways to do it. You'd just want to be sure the pad is resting evenly across its surface-not hanging by a single point-so it doesn't stretch while drying. Good luck! Let me know how it goes for your pads!
I’m a huge UAD fan….i have just about every plug in….i really like the ocean way studio one and when I got this one I was very disappointed….i can see where it would be useful in maybe a different genre than rap or hip hop but I was able to utilize the ocean way studio one just that….this one I e tried on my piano, tried it on my drums and synth but it just doesn’t do it for me
@@vektacular That's too bad. Curious how you were you using it in hip-hop: Vocal reverb? On the whole mix? Hip-hop certainly requires its own unique approach to effects. Its spectrum is often more distinctly banded (with SO much low-end energy) than, say, rock , and we often don't want to hear obvious reverb on the lead vocals. I should try Sound City on a hip-hop mix and see what results I get. Perhaps a follow-up the next time they announce a fire-sale on Sound City?🤔 Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@dahlhousestudios I tried it as reverb on piano and a pre delay on synth
This is great! I hope the world finds this when they google “sidechaining”!
Thank you. Your review helped me settle on getting Equator. What song is this?
That's great! Let me know how you use it. The song is called Struggle & Torn by Arkana, a little production I've been involved with for decades. Currently unavailable while we remaster the songs. I'll make a big announcement when the album's back up. Glad you like it!
Thanks... looks fantastic. How's the CPU
@@bobbyweezer Thanks! As expected for a high-quality reverb and spectral processor, it was adding a solid few percent CPU usage in macOS Sonoma's Task Monitor per instance in Cubase 13 in native Silicon mode. 26ms latency at 192 buffer. (M1 Mac Studio 32gb RAM). But I was able to load and unload 20 instances at a time without the slightest lag. In an absolute monster project you might feel it though.
Can't wait to give this a spin! Thanks for another great review. Cheers!
@@palebluedotstudios this one caught me off-guard. Just had to get a vid out quick!
This nothing like Soothe. Much fewer and broader bands makes this more of a tonal shaper, where Soothe 2 is a surgical resonance suppressor with thousands of bands. Soothe 2 also has online and offline oversampling control, band solo, and left/right mid/sode processint cotnrol per band. You vant say a pluging thats not even identical in ability can be its killer, bc they dont even do the same thing
@@fcmas Good points. They definitely aren't the same product. Each offers something the other doesn't. While my headline might be slightly hyperbolic, I do believe this poses an existential threat to Soothe, as you can achieve very similar results at 1/10th the price. But Oeksound are an incredible company and have owned this space for years so they'll be fine. Wouldn't be surprised to see Soothe 3 include a few of Equator's features though! Thanks for watching and commenting.
😂 vocals sound like the lord South Park episode when Randy showed Stan how he makes his song.
@@byus6928 You're a big meanie! Ha ha. Jk. It's rough vocals in a rough mix. Most people will understand.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@yoquiva9005 not sure how to respond to this wall of laugh emoji, but thanks for watching and commenting! 💯💯💯💯
Every plugin is a Soothe 2 killer. Please stop.
Hey! It wasn't my idea to release 2 of them in one week lol! They're just appearing so rapidly now. To be fair, I'd only use that term if the plugin has the goods to back it up. Equator and SpecCraft certainly do. If they had existed 8 years ago, I wouldn't even have considered Soothe 2 at $300. Will be very curious to see if Soothe 3 answers the challenge! The trial for SpecCraft is really lenient-30 days; 1.5 secs of silence every 25 mins. Give it a try and see if it "kills" Soothe 2 for you?
Naw this might be just that and I been with soothe since day one
@@byus6928 Love that loyalty!
Thanks... Krossbow looks interesting... but couldn't you configure any compressor with a 'range' setting to do the same kind of thing?
CARP's other products look interesting too. ...btw what is the 'Struggle and Toil' song you use? Sounds great.
I had the same thought, but couldn't think of a compressor that acts quite like it. The traditional model keeps GR as a percentage/ratio. Whereas in Krossbow, the actual ratio must be changing to reach that GR floor. I certainly can't get any comp/limiter I have to act quite like it. Check my previous demo of it, where I mathematically level a wildly dynamic vocal using it (and see why I asked Carp for a lookahead function too!) ua-cam.com/video/3wEUjFHcZ20/v-deo.htmlsi=hfkq5hWmEGDXX6tT&t=328 What really drew me to Krossbow is that it makes dialling-in your attack / release settings so easy when it's set to exreme GR-then just bring up the Max GR needle till it sounds reasonable. Bam! Or leave it at extreme settings to become a transient designer. It feels like how I "see" ideal dynamic reduction happening. They've got a demo, so give it a try and see what you think. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@bobbyweezer Agreed. I have eyes on their Octapus pitching plug-looks like their effort to make an Eventide H3000 competitor.
@@dahlhousestudios wow I see...sounds fascinating. Thanks for the explanation. I'll try to check it out 👍
@@bobbyweezer TL:DR I had a band with my bro in the 90s. He had a side-band with our buddy, Kevin-and I've always been the unofficial 3rd member/producer. This song is from that band, Arkana. The album is a mini-masterpeice IMHO, but ended up getting murdered in mastering, so we took it down a few years ago. We're remastering and rereleasing soon. I'll make sure to get you notified. The best way would be (until I get UA-cam Membership active) to signup for my free Patreon tier and I'll definitely announce the album rerelease there!
But itll be 29$ soon everyday of the year.... (waves. The company where the intro price is more expensive than the normal price...)😅
@@seok84 Who knows? Waves's pricing certainly is a wild, nonsensical thing these days. Platinum was $1500 when I bought it in 2008. Nothing ever went on-sale. Now? $299 lol. That being said, if Soothe 2 is $300, then Equator is a steal at even $79. But wouldn't blame anyone for holding out. If you don't want to support massive corporates, Three-Body Technology has just released an almost identically brilliant plugin, SpecCraft, for only $69. Great stuff, I just watched the PaleBlueDot review ealier today and thought it sounded like you!
See? My viewers have such great ears! PBD's vid would've been about Waves Curves Equator, as was mine the day before ua-cam.com/video/5FVMR8x1_Yg/v-deo.html. You can see when he joins this livestream that he's slightly annoyed that I scooped him on SpecCraft! 😅 Thanks a lot for watching and commenting

Thanks for your help.
So glad I can help! Thanks so much.
Waves no no no - their business model is really bad. Baby Audio also make a very good alternative to Soothe called Smooth Operator and are a much more customer focused brand - without the over top money making out of their existing user base. Shame as they had some good plug ins but the game is completely different with many talented developers out there.
@@eg1612 It's sad to see the result of greedy marketing decisions. You're obviously passionate about audio, and now Waves ha lost you-maybe forever. Sad! Yes, I got Smooth Operator the moment it came out. Extremely useful, and it does sidechained unmasking! but, it's in a lower league than Soothe. And this Equator is a sizzler.
I plan to do another video on Equator, where we test more deeply-including Plugin Doctor. I also plan to do a definitive de-resonator/unmasker shoot-out soon. Let me know if you'd like to see any specific plugs tested! Let's get it!
Nice demo! Sub'd.... I wish Waves would have added a red visual masking bar showing the overlaps similar to fabfiler pro Q3. Would make things easier to see at a glance.
So appreciate the sub! Pro audio world are a necessarily skeptical and conservative users of social media-hard to get them subs! That would be very cool to show overlaps. Pro Q3 has set the standard for visuals when EQ'ing for sure. Sonnox Claro does this in a very cool way. See review here: ua-cam.com/video/FPUoiGNhtYg/v-deo.htmlsi=tIXB7bx5f2ECw8lT&t=137 In the case of Equator, since you're just making a reverse profile of the sidechain, it's not as necessary to show overlaps as much. I do like that, once dialled-in, it's left more to ear to fine-tune. I plan to do a de-resonator/unmasker shoot-out soon. Let me know if you'd like to see any specific plugs tested! Thanks for subbing and commenting!
Am I hearing, struggling tone? 😅
@@josesarinsemanzi lol. Aren't we all struggling?! Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@josesarinsemanzi You've just unofficially renamed "Struggle & Torn" to "Struggling Tone!" I'll inform the songwriters.
