Javier, OUTSTANDING TUTORIAL!!! Ive watched hundreds of tutorials and NEVER seen this. I think I did recently see Chris Ramsey do a tutorial on a Berglas color change which has similar framework... but this has greater utility. Well done on the interesting different applications at the end. You gave a lot to think about.

I wish I had seen this before your video on the stickies gimmick. I bought those other reflective thin sheet metal cards and then realized that I had to get metal cutting scissors to cut thru them. Oh well. Still terrific stuff and cheap overall. - I also tried to find some kind of peel and stick mirror material but didn't find this. Instead, I bought some cheap mylar balloons on Temu and thought I could make those work. But they aren't as good as this by far. Thanks Juan. Love your channel! p.s. - One possible minor flaw with this is that a spectator might think you're using marked cards. So I'm thinking to have them shuffle and then cut and look at the bottom card before putting them in the box, or doing whatever peek.

Wow! Amazing effect

I instantly love your channel and am going to check out more. You do this beautifully and have a lot of extended ideas on it. A couple of thoughts come to mind. There's a fan control (LePaul?) where the selected card is pushed down into the fan with a couple of taps, but finger pressure leaves it outjogged. And I think it was Daryl that then dribbled the cards down onto the table. But when gathered up, the card remains outjogged. Similar and super deceptive. There's also a Jerry Andrus technique for apparently pushing a card into the deck flush, but which causes that same diagonal jog. If you place your thumb holding the deck on the top far corner, as you push the card flush at the last moment, pressing your thumb down causes a similar pivot. Anyway, great work. I want to watch this over again. The way you do it is terrific. I also watch Lloyd's videos and he's great too. I'm from an older generation, but love watching all this new stuff.

Just an untried thought watching this, but if you didn't have double sided tape and wanted to do that version impromptu perhaps using the stirrer first and getting a little bit of sugar to melt on it would be enough to make it stick for just a long enough to perform.

Looks good! Then there's the technique where you have it in your hand and it goes up behind the glass and bounces off your palm of the hand that holds the glass, works well with coins, I have not tried it with a pen cap.

I don't see how that card can still be side jogged after doing a spread and then gathering them back up, it must have to be a perfect spread?
