    Yes sir! Weight loss was huge for me too, for me it was just smaller portions and less junk. Dang the Michael Barrins clip what a throw back, I wonder if he still jumps?

    Currently having the exact same thing happen to me. I went from 220 to 185 over the past half year and my vertical has basically been increasing directly as I've been losing weight even though my numbers in the gym have dropped a lot (With consistent training). From losing weight I've went from fingers at the rim to hand over the rim off one foot and from not touching rim to grabbing rim off two foot.

    Yeah, if I’m a be honest, I actually did notice that my squat went down a little bit but it’s like I’m jumping higher but also I was laying off on the weights for a little bit but was confused when that was happening

      Yeah theres so many variables at play absolute strength is not the only thing, relative is more important
