Being on a water metre and trying to be less wasteful with water,what TF,is happing just wash the bloody car the con ventional way, and enjoy dodging arseholes and pot holes alike!

I agree with you, man the chemical guys are way overpriced and they really don’t do much 👍🏾

If you really want to make it ultimate you could install rack tracks on top of the shell and hook to those. That would eliminate the 2x4s and having to crawl inside the camper shell to feed them accross. The racks are also great for camper top storage if needed.

Cool video! Will have to give the Armor All Ceramic Car Wash a try. I have a ceramic spray coating on my car and the recommended car soap that accompanies it doesn't lather/foam much at all. Perhaps I'm antiquated in my thinking that a soap/shampoo should foam/have suds, but it just feels like something's cleaner when it does. I'm glad that this ceramic soap foams a lot.

Good job :) I just got a Volvo from 2013 and it’s got some nasty old chips on the roof just behind the windshield and some of them turned into big lumps of rust underneath the paint :/ how do I go about that?

My rock chip was larger and I used the Motorcraft pen. After the third coat, to smooth should I hit it with 2000 or 3000? Or nothing?

If the chip has gone down to bare metal....wouldn't you want to apply a couple coats of primer before the color coat??

Great place to get paint is scratch happens, they colour match perfectly if you have factory paint. All models and colours. Both in U.S and Canada.

What kind of equipment should a DIY’er have for this kind of set up? Compressor and paint gun?

I have a has Sampson 3000 psi. 2.1 gpm for years. I really dont want to buy another power washer with lower psi. Can I use the 3000 psi with a foam cannon to foam only and rinse with only the hose? I cannot dial down my pressure washer and I know you normally want max 2000 psi. What will happen if I use 3000 psi with foam cannon? Thank you.

EXCELLENT! Never ever whenever use in the SUN or hot days. So early early morn OR late late eve is best. Use many micro fibre rags & keep flipping & folding the rags for each panel to minimize scratching surfaces. Long lasting. Been using it for 2 years now on the BRZ. I use same exact measurements but the rear is s big problem. Coil springs sag to the rear and passenger side hits rear track bar. Also sway bar links hit the axle housing holding rear upper control arm. I can tell the drive shaft is not aligned and now faces down instead of slight angle up facing direct to the transmission. Anyone with same problem

Did you have to change UCAs at all? I’ve heard from some people you can’t get the truck aligned with stock UCAs
