Good morning, Hoosfoos. Another successful mission. Enemies are luckily not (yet) dangerous enough that small mistakes are punished severely. About the berserker abilities: Yes, and yes. Yes, they are supposed to be for close combat. And yes, they can also be very good when multi-classed with other (ranged) classes. You just have to figure out what you are most excited about trying first. You have already been thinking a bit about it, so I guess you've found your ballpark. And, yes, you need more aircraft. If you want to utilise vehicles it is beneficial (in my opinion) to send two aircraft to the mission. That way you can get as many soldiers as possible along with the vehicle. Don't let how expensive things are stop you from doing what you need to do. You will never be able to afford everything you want right now. Make your #1 item on the wish-list a priority and then move down the list as you get more resources. It is a balance. There is no "perfect" way to play and win the game. But there are ways to lose. Like not getting enough resources fast enough...

ye the strategy you said in day 7 is the best one i just tweak it a bit to basicly rob them of their food its like you raiding them instead of fighting them you deprive them of their food and kill their entire army despite them thx to the extremly advantages position

the best strat (for me at least) for this is to ignore the problem and focus on getting as strong as possible then after the first two fall then you can fight back if you ever decide to do this on etremem then its a garuntee then you have to sacrefice three termite colonies and basicly sabotage the lines of the drivers since your in prime possition to just pop out and cut off the line what did was when the a lot are coming at the same time i hide as soon as they leave i leave and disturp and cut off their reinforcements so there assault on the nest is less effective but ther are so strong that they still win but when they come back with the food they would first be disorganized and weakened after the termite battle so beating them is way easier and not only that you also get to replenish the food you lost cause you just steal the food that swarm was bringing back so you replenish your stockpile while stopping them from pringing food despite a succesfull attack on the termite mound

Fun fact if u disturb the stink ant raids (out side parties) u can make them an effective ally by attacking the driver ants, even the narrator says they could be an unexpected ally

Medics are not good to upgrade but u can do it if u want , upgrade them if ur gonna do the uh.. forgot the ability but its the (<) ability for more damage and slowing , but if u wont for for it theb only upgrade them whem u have all ur soldiers upgraded , but like i said u can do what ever fits u best

I love upgraded soldiers then getting medics cus if my ants are stronger and they die the medics will just double that number and making me even stronger!!! But it optional for ppl , numbers or strength

Strip mining might be more effective when mining in strips (just lines over the map with 1-3 tiles in between), that way you can find anything more easily instead of demolishing a level

Think you missed the naga as you left 'fog' tiles on the level above, seems to happen quite often, even if there's nothing there 90% of the time

I love it when the game spawns you a turn away from both sentinels. That said, it can also spawn you at the end of the corridor that loops all the way around the nest before you see either one of those alien achtung shrooms.

There can be fun things to be bought at the Kaos Market. But extremely expensive. Picking up a weapon to test it out is probably good. But I'd recommend doing all of the missions before investing considerable amounts of resources buying from the market. Things get cheaper for every mission you do for him. And be sure to check ALL the items before buying anything. They change ever day. And if there are two of the same at any one visit, one will be cheaper than the other. The most annoiyng things about triage, if ur in ur late stage colony and if u wanna raid a termite colony and they just dont stop sending soldiers, or if a tiger beetle harrasses ur ants or if a lizard and scorpions make u loose food cus why not i just love my rng

Oh and forgot to say , green is very fun to raid cus of how big thier army is xd so it will have alot of food for u

Don't doubt yourself. You were sure the vehicle would be in the hanger, which makes sense. Then you questioned yourself and changed your plans. Why would a vehicle be in a building with no way out? Make a decision and stick to it. You're a decent player, keep being decent. Good vid.

No man, regeneration makes them heal body parts that are destroyed. Just a warning. When troops stop, they see an enemy or a neutral unit.

You have some good combos on your troops. Some of your heavies have the pistol skill. You may think that's useless for a heavy but you can jet jump next to an enemy for 3 points and use a sub machinegun to target a weapon or arm joint to totally disable that enemy for one point. Think of different combos you can use. I see about 6 right now but you'll have to figure that out. You got very lucky with some of those skills. AND, the good news is, there is no limit to the level of your troops. As long as you keep sending them on missions, they keep earning skill points. I have gotten some troops to max out on all skills, multiclass skills and max out their strength, will and speed. The more you use them, the more heroic they become.

Melee damage is boosted by strength. For bash, it also depends on how heavy the weapon is, but for strike, it depends on the weapon damage. The paralysis weapons are the pistol Hera, and the sniper rifle Athena.

In order to get the ability to cure corruption, you need to research Acheron autopsy, not mutoids. Mutoids, themselves are worthwhile for the fireworm artillery with boom blast and the cure spray is good too.
