Easy to learn and difficult to master. KeeperRL is the natural successor to Dungeon Keeper. Take the role of an evil wizard or knight, a necromancer, automaton-building gnomes, or superbuff dwarves.
Build your dungeon, recruit minions, master magic, and then slay innocents and burn their settlements. Fend off assaults by angry do-gooders and destroy a dragons and elves and treants and many more.

Strip mining might be more effective when mining in strips (just lines over the map with 1-3 tiles in between), that way you can find anything more easily instead of demolishing a level
You are correct. I tried this on a test save a week or so ago. Not only does it work better, but it sounds kind of amazing to hear the imps all digging.
Saw the glyph one coming... Why would it inflict suicide on an enemy when you're already chopping it down
I should've seen it coming too. My thinking was that it would be a one-shot use on boss-type MOBs. In reality, the text specifically indicates it's a high damage, one-shot for the wielder.
Apparently, some of the more adept (and nasty) players leave suicide glyphed weapons around in their bases before retiring the base. That way, people invading the base are more likely to accidentally commit suicide. 😂
Hmm... Well, you should do Necromancer faction next. ^^

@@HoosfoosMcCave Oh! By the way, when I did my Necromancer run, I settled my dungeon on an ice biome for a change as well. ^^
I haven’t begun thinking about the details of the next series beyond the poll, but a different biome seems like a good way to go. Thank you for the suggestion.
