you just saved my life tyvm !
glad it was helpful!
For some reason the sharper filters won’t work and I’m on ex Weird and disappointing
I did the same thing. My image can't edit at all. It doesn't support to edit that. Sad
I would love to see tutorials about how to save backgrounds for animation purposes--not just the act of placing one cel in a png folder--but which shortcuts we can use to change the shape of an existing file altering its current vanishing points.
Thank you! Your tutorials are very helpful 👍🏻
Glad you like them!
This is a underrated video it was very helpful. Thanks!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Thanks for the help! I've been trying to figure out if I should get one or not and this video makes me think I probably should. The only downside is the price though.😭
do this process in procreate
Muchas gracias, ha sido muy util, ignoraba que Clip studio tuviera esas herramientas
needed this but could you do one for each element pls that would be a lot helpful
Which elements would you like to see?
For me nothing on the filter tab is available so i can't use this for some reason
You shuld Chek auot armados It Is in inglish in manga plus creators
Thanks for the tutorial
2 years later this is an anime. This guy has vision!
Thanks! The anime is great!
Daaaamn dude, you're so underrated
If you don’t have CSP EX you can use the artistic feature and it’s similar
I dreamed of being a mangaka ever since I was young but idk if I can ever do it- So, where do I start? I ain’t even trying to publish smth, I just wanna draw for fun
There's definitely a more structured way to learn, but if you're doing it for fun, focus on a topic that would be fun for you (anatomy, perspective, color theory) and do projects based on your interests
@@REMCreates I know nothing about color theories except that purple and green are the opposite of yellow and red. Blue and yellow makes green etc etc
This is literally the tutorial that i have been looking in a long time!!! I really appreciate you for helped me with a complete tutorial this is sooo helpful!!!🙏🙌
Glad I could help!
3:04 And this is where I get stuck. All I get is a still image of the first frame.
how do you even read double spread pages? i always fear just tearingbthe whole thing
Hi Rem! Nice video. Cell shading is a little spooky to work on but the results can be amazing. * - * Btw it's nice to see you too! Hope you've been well! 🙂
Thanks! Simple yet effective indeed, hope you're doing well too :)
Just to be sure, do normal popular manga start from the right while having binding to the right?
The angels are fricked up
Akatsuki! *S M O K E*
Cut those damn nails.
Does this work if you want to do a colored background for a picture?
You can change the line art color of the lines through changing the layer color and adjust the coloring of the overall objects from there, would not recommend using screen tone for colored backgrounds unless you're going for that look
@@REMCreates I'm drawing a colored anime picture and trying to make it look like a scene from an actual anime. I just don't have as much time to draw and have other projects I'd like to do so I'd like to use this trick if I can get it to look like a colored anime background instead of a Manga background. I'm coloring with cel shading I think is what they call it? I'm still new to this. And almost every video I've seen showing how to do this has been for a Manga background instead of just a cartoon background like you might use for a poster.
work smart, not hard, Fujimoto sensei...
the unsharp mask tab isnt even showing for me
Is it pretty good
Exactly what I needed. Basically I made an image that looked like it was through a fisheye lens. And... yeah, making the reflections for it, I realized I needed a way to curve layer I was duplicating to use for the reflection.
Glad it was helpful! :)
Amazing work
Thanks a lot 😊
Excellent beginner intro to RS. However I found your music bed too loud and distracting although your example technique and explanation were really good.
It was the first serious manga i ever read, and I was hooked for the first half (I love Nasse), but uh… the end? Seriously?
I remember i wanted to join this but im under age so :(
can you link there website i wanna try
I don't have the opción " convert to línea and tones" in mine...why could that be ..?
you might not have the version of clip studio that is needed for it. you need clip studio ex
You are never too old to learn new things. Thank you for this.
Glad it was helpful!
Always wondered how they make these photorealistic backgrounds, didn't think it was as easy as just running a photo through some filters Used to think some poor bastard was actually drawing these with a pen somehow lol
Didn't you watch the whole video? To make it even look good, you have to repaint a lot of stuff later. It's more than just pressing a few buttons. Only converting the photo to lines and tones, especially when it's in low quality, makes the result look like shit.
@@cynxmanga pretty sure he just means its a lot easier than doing it all from scratch
Great video thanks for posting, I tried replicating this in Krita. 1) Create three layers (top to bottom: Multiply layer with a posterize and levels filter, Addition layer with unsharpenmask and threshhold, normal base layer) 2)Mess with the settings and layer order 3) and you'll get something that looks similar to this There's also like 6 different ways to do this.
Glad it helped! :)
from another krita user, many thanks
What have u expected? From the title it self literal ending of world. If title is platinum start or platinum continue maybe not bad ending hahaha!
thank you so much! this helps so much!
Glad it was helpful :)
I'm traditional but i switch to digital
I just use Sketchup BG images from Acon3D since line extract tool isnt available in CSP Pro Version
I hope that u washed it properly
how does it run smooth for you, my movie is so laggy even though i have a performant pc
thank you bro
thanks to AI images this no longer feels like cheating.. YES!
But even mangankas use this dude
What?
….?
Use pencil
Wow, thank you man. I had to use random sites to do this and I didn't know CSP itself has it. Thanks a lot ^^
When i convert lines and tones after i hit "save" the image is different from what was in "preview". Any idea whats going on?
Choose different settings for the lines, your photo is probably in low quality.
Note: This option is only available for ClipStudio EX users, NOT available for basic ClipStudio Pro users. If you want the "convert to tone" tool in the layers menu you have to upgrade from PRO to EX.
Thank you, been tweaking for hours...
Sheesh good thing I watched this
Thanks, you re an angel
Is it expensive to upgrade or do I jist have to pay for the remaining amount?
UGH THANKS
Thank you
You're welcome!
