This really shocked Captain Freeman as she confuse to how and why things have gone wrong for her parallel version.

The episode where Richter got his powers in full, and the final episode are my favorite ones, we get so much from Drolta, and the fact we see just how "far" the writers and animators were willing to add things to keep me interested and wanting a second season. As a result, I'm looking forward to Season 2 in January. Great review, and got me to subscribe off of this after the shorts came through my feed.

I'm not going to lie, I was very skeptical of this to begin with because I thought it was just a lazy cash grab. Like, I thought they were straight up just going to remake the film word-for-word using all the same actors and actresses, but in an "anime" style (I think it looks like a cartoon with stilted motion made to look like an anime, kind of like Steven Universe, but I digress, the art style is good). However, it seems they are changing things up and, honestly, I appreciate that a lot. Without Edgar Wright's full involvement, a straight up retelling would not have been funny. He is involved, just not with the writing. He's an executive producer and helped get the cast back together, as well as giving a few pointers in terms of voice acting, you have to remember this show is voice acted by a lot of actors who are not professional voice actors and it shows. The only exception I can think of as Mae Whitman, she plays Roxy and is the one person in the original film that is a legit professional voice actress, she most notably voiced Katara in Avatar and is in a lot of other stuff. So far, they seem to be doing the right thing and I would be watching it if I was subscribed to Netflix. The film is one of my favorite films of all time, one of the greatest comedies of all time, a great example of a film that was years ahead of the game (a lot of modern comedies owe their success to Scott Pilgrim vs The World's overall humor style), and, on a side note, the only film starring Michael Cera that I think is really, really good, I believe it's his best role and will go down in history as his most notable character.

I watched up to cat woman so far, im not sure if i like this retelling of the early years of bat man or not yet, i understand his rage and determination. But i dont think that will last very long for the character, now i have watched many versions of batman from adam west to ben aflec. I rather liked aflec's portraial. But my batman will always be thr 90's animated series with kevin conroy, to me that is the perfect batman. Does he have problems yes but he is mature in his 30's has real compassion and though he jas that same rage he implements it better and able to shoe compassion. This new young version pays homage to the original series especially with the intro theme music. But seeing this bat man in action well i fear he will out himself or die at some point. I dont dislike the series though im getting used to some of the changes when it comes to villians. I hope the writers can show growth from deason one to season two if there will be one.

I didn’t like how mean Bruce was to Alfred but they brought it home in the end so I’m not too bothered by it in the end
