Hi Aritra, I also have a screening round scheduled for Google's SWE L4 role on 29th July. Any tips?

What type of questions will they be asked u .can u share please

I am preparing for an interview at Google this is my last week and I must say DSA at least takes 6 to 12 months to get in your head... 3 weeks is not enough 😅
True bro. I've been trying to learn dsa for the last 3 months but still I'm struggling to understand basic problems.
How ws the interview?
Truee
Hi Aritra, Friday I got a call from a Google recruiter, and my first interview round will be on next month. IDK how to start and make it possible but nervous. Because I am working in other company as of now, and here working domain is different. Now I need to recall everything c++,DSA. Please help me out, I saw your video got some idea. Please help me out
same here :/
Hey, how did you manage?
Y hi Pooja your interview is done or not?
I couldn't do it 🥲
@@sagarock1012 how was your interview?
hey, but usually ao assesments has questions more on cp side? just a doubt, or doing dsa can also handle those questions? pls answer as i am in 3rd yr so i am doubtfully wheather should i start or not.
you cant sign up on newton school without divulging your phone number so that they can send you spam hehehehe that was the deal breaker.
Thanks dude, your logic is well explained and provided grind75
never join newton school its frod
How many questions are there to solve in grid 75. Are they 75 or 150?
You speak to fast such that it is hard to grasp what you say. Please speak a bit slower. Thanka for the video.
meanwhile we who is listening to the video at 1.5x 😂
Striver List is Op. I have done it twice and those questions are not too much and not too less than others sheet.
Bro I am in 3 year and pupil at codeforces solve 150+ questions on leetcode , and very little dev any suggestions
Just some suggestion: i feel as if you are reading from a script as you are not looking straight into the camera(people). My 2 cents
♥✨✨
Okay leetcode is best for coding interviews. But what about online assessment of top product bases companies. Is leetcode contests enough ?
hi bro good mrg , apologies if am asking noob questions just concerned about something for a while, for oa assement rounds (top companies) how is the level of difficulty bro (since u have attended many top firms and cleared it ) , do we need to do cp to clear this round or leetcode is good enough to go .ps I have 3 yrs of work experience, solved over 120 questions in leetcode till now
I feel LeetCode is enough. If you feel a companies OA is really tough, try to be good at LeetCode hard questions. That should be sufficient. Ideally LeetCode "medium-hard" (translates to harder medium questions) is sufficient.
What about javascript?
Honestly my hot take on JS is - it is a great dev tool. For algorithmic interview interviews though, I don't find the internet having enough resources to really help you in preparations. That is why I avoid it.
@@aritrasennewtonschool3163 I see, thanks for letting know

Is this sort of like upgrade to previous prototype (Go) for a true successor ? Or they will have different use cases?
I don't think we should call golang a prototype. While its authors did refer to it as a modern C it was never directly targeted to be a C++ replacement. I feel carbon is made to succeed C++ making a compelling argument that it can integrate well alongside existing C++ code

Bhai mic use kro
nice👏🏻
Insightful, Aritra!
I think you are right. Agree!
Thanks
If I'm directly connecting with a HR/recruiter/talent acquisition then should I share my resume with a small write up or share the job ID and resume only when there is an job or internship opening?
Always keep the job ID handy along with a brief intro (things that will keep them interested) and yes do add the resume
@@aritrasennewtonschool3163 thanks for your reply. specifically I wanted to know if there is any change of the way of messaging to a recruiter than a software engineer in any company?
Grind 75 or 169 is made by the same engineer who made blind 75, so saying don't solve blind 75 and recommending grind list seems wierd.
It isn't actually though. Grind 75 is actually helpful.Blind 75 isn't. All are good for revision. Grind 75 is a good place for first timers. Blind 75 isn't
Can you make a video on RESUME
Definitely
Finally someone speaking sense!!
Thanks
Striver sde sheet is literally good. The selection of questions is good ,I was able to solve my interview questions after completing his sde sheet. Before solving his sheet I rarely solve DSA related problems even though know concepts
Agreed. Just gotta use them right
Is striver SDE sheet recommended for absolute beginners?
Great information ❣️
Thanks a lot
You mentioned that you come from a tier 2 college yet the cs avg package this year of your college is 25 lpa. Which is tier 1 then??
IITs and top NITs and colleges like BITS .. but yeah its not salary based.
Thanks actually saw video of aman dhattarwal he called it tier 1. But this is a great video.

How many leetcode problems I need to solve to ace in FAANG interview?
If only I knew
What do you mean by "solve"? Do you consider a problem solved if you looked up the answer the day before you actually "solved" it? In any case, just do the Saturday Leetcode contests. If you can solve 3 to 4 problems for each contest pretty consistently, then I'd say you're in good shape. If you're still not sure, go on Pramp, and do the free peer-to-peer mock interviews. Simulating the interview conditions as much as possible is the only way to know if you're ready or not. It's like the guy said in the video. Some people have solved 1000 problems on Leetcode and still not have gotten a job at a FAANG company, and some people have solved 200 problems, and for them, that was enough for them to get a job at Google.
Great points!, Thank you 😀
Anytime :)
Great info💯
Thanks
