After about two years I was finally able to get into the Two Forks area. There is a lot in the water, and I am looking forward to getting back!

There is always something unusual tool hunting. Unlike point a blade hunting, tools never fail too through in a mystery or two! I am going with club head ?

How do they know there is feldspar in the middle? Their knowledge of stone materials is impeccable !

Normal water levels the past few years has limited my access to some of my favorite spots. The fish dam sight is always accessible, so that's where I have been hunting lately.

The only downside of Murphy's is it has a little bit of citronella oil in it. This causes the full drying process to take about three weeks. It's great for hard stones, points and blades !

Not knowing what day, it is may not be so bad? They knew the seasons but probably not the day!

What they were used for, I am not totally sure. But likely for finishing pottery and larger tools.

I have said many times that that the long gravel bar at the fish dam sight holds a lot of nice tools! I definitely have to start hunting it more often.

I have tried on several occasions to video live hunts, but as many of you know, signal quality can be poor in the places I hunt. Cell phone cameras can be great, but the video quality is very much dependent on signal strength!

There are so many odd things I find in the river! I thought we would take a look at some of what I have found.
