Yes, the fuel dumping into my fuel problem has been solved!!!! I removed the factory fuel pickup pump and replaced it with a external electric pump.

Kubota B8200 Fuel Pump Problem I decided to repair my fuel leak problem by eliminating the source of the leak...... mechanical fuel pump to electric. Will it solve the problem? Check out my other video.
I had the same thing happen to my 1986 b8200 in the middle of a snow storm where it quit. I did exactly what you described and got me back on the plowing. Thank you

No. Running great still with no more issues.
What were the issues when the engine was running with the fuel pump leaking into the oil? Mine has an issue where it’s going to max rpm as soon as it starts up and won’t quit unless you cover the intake. Can’t figure out what keeps it running with the fuel shut off pulled. White smoke also when running max rpm. 🤷
Only issues was oil level over full and if not caught in time it would start leaking from the rear main seal into the clutch / flywheel area.
Without being regulated by a cam, how does the bypass pump do the same?
It only builds to around 3 psi which is plenty of flow to supply the injector pump. No more issues since I added it.

Appreciate the video! Have been having the same issue and just ordered a similar electric fuel pump. Is the pump in the video still working or have you replaced it since. I've see many who claim they only last up to a year with commercial use.

Did that fix your fuel in oil problem? I have a b8200 as well in trying to trouble shoot why it’s making oil lol
Yes, I nolonger have diesel getting into my oil. Worked like a charm with no more issues and only cost a few bucks.
That’s good to hear,. How did you troubleshoot the old fuel pump?
@@travismoots1642 noticed oil level rising and thinning with the smell of diesel. Pulled out pickup pump and noticed diesel squirting out hole when pressing plunger with lines connected. This hole will bump Diesel into the oil pan.

Whats the turn screw valve on the injector pump the one that the rubber fuel hose from the primer pump is connected to
Just a bleeder valve to relieve any air in system if you need to prime it after running out of fuel or after maintenance if the fuel filter.
Nice job, mine just went out on a Kioti after 540 hours/ 14 years.
when u took the injector pump off did come right out because mines stuck and i dont want to damage anything
Fuel pick up pump is what I removed and replaced with electric, but if you want to remove the injector pump, You'll have to remove the side cover and align the control rack pin with the notch on the crankcase. Go to this link and download for free the parts and services manuals. @@bparsons72007 ok thanks alot! and another question i have a kubota b5001 , its a smaller tractor but its considered gray market and i cant find any parts for it, do u know anywhere that i can find some parts, and did u put a specific electric pump on or can u put any similar one on

Electric fuel pickup pump i got off ebay. As far as parts just keep checking craigslist or marketplace. Ebay and messicks.com may be a good place to find them as well. Maybe someone can help me. I have a Cub Cadet 7531 turbo diesel going through electric fuel pumps every 50-100 hrs. Tried several brands. Any ideas?
Here's one like I bought for mine and seems to work great. It's a low pressure pump just strong enough to get the fuel from the tank to the injector pump without over pressuring anything and has worked for over 200 hrs now without problems. Just look for any low pressure fuel pumps on Amazon or Ebay www.ebay.com/itm/362692258213
@@bparsons72007 thanks for the reply but I have put on 4 of those in the last 3 yrs. There must be something causing them to fail. But what? BTW that's the same pump that is on it now :)
@@thegenrl thanks for the reply. Turned out to be low voltage because of small wires. Put a relay inline from the battery triggered by the original wires and the pump that quit, works fine now.
Thanks for this video. I also have diesel in the engine oil of my Kubota B1600DT with a D950 engine. This afternoon I cleaned my injectors and was about checking the fuel pump when I checked the internet and found your video. Clearly this should be my number one suspect now. Do you know how to check whether it is the fuel pump or the injector pump that is causing this issue?
2 bolts holds the pump on..... remove the pump and reinstall the in and out fuel lines. The plunger has a small hole in it where it rides against the cam. Push the plunger in several times and if the diaphragm is bad you'll have fuel squirting out of the hole.

This is the pump which helps the fuel from the tank to the injection pump. I have a toggle switch sending power to the electric pump I installed and as long as the tractor is running, I leave it running and never had issues with it.
Nice job! I have the same problems with my B7100. So can you kill the motor by shiutting off the pump or does that startve the injector pump and need repriming? In other words, does it work for an engine kill switch as well! That pump aoparently works without a 'constant flow by-pass' like some pumps do. Could you list the model number for it? Thanks!

@@bparsons72007 Hi, and thanks for responding! So I gather it has been on there for awhile and it is working just fine? I ordered one for my B7100 so we'll see how it does. Mine was like yours. It started getting more engine oil all by itself and there's only on thing that can do that, the diaphram in the fuel pump. Had a Ford truck do that very same thing! Thanks again!

Yeah.....sorry for not keeping up to date on videos. I just replaced the head gasket and should've made a video. I usually don't think about it. I'll definitely post a few on all the upgrades I did such as: frontend loader, hydraulic connections for it, and added rear hydraulic remotes. Does this replace the injection pump? My pump went out was wondering if this would work instead of trying to find a new injection pump
No, this replaces the fuel pickup pump which sends fuel to the injector pump. If you watch my 1st video I explain it there. Thanks for watchin.
Where is ur battery at ? I just picked one up an the person mounted it outside the grill

Just bought mine. 1986 production, only 750 hours and almost no rust. runs like a champ but I am ripping through the whole tractor anyway to ensure it will last another 10+ years. you are right that there are only a few videos out there for such a great tractor. keep posting! if you have any videos or information regarding adding LED lights, replacing headlights that would be super helpful. thanks benny!
mhughes4444 Thanks for watching. So far the electric fuel pump works great, no more fuel in the oil. I added rear facing and fender mounted forward facing led lights. I also fabricated a 1630 loader that originally mounts to a B7200 to fit this tractor. I get time I'll get a video of it and post it with some of the things I've done.
that worked out nice. I like the way you wired it through the key. kind of an anti theft device.
