Repairing broken snowblower cables with new hooks

My first ever installation of an amp and sub. 2015 XLT SuperCrew Aftermarket Kenwood Excelon DMX908S stereo I learned this the hard way, but for a SuperCrew F150, I recommend around 15’-17’ of wire to run from behind the back seat to the head unit. Installation of a new Kenwood DMX908S head unit with iDatalink MFT1 and Maestro RR in a 2015 Ford F-150. This upgrade allows for Apple CarPlay finally! This was my first time installing a car stereo. I made mistakes along the way, but I learned and got it to work!

I check the resistance of a speaker wire (for baseline) vs a factory ground location on a 2015 F-150. It looks like a great ground location to me, but I’d love to hear from any experts.
