Thanks for repping the W Valley! I’ve lived in EMR since 2021 and it’s a little gem. It is remote, as you’ve noted, when driving out, but I always know why I moved here on the drive back. Food options are a serious problem though. Although good food trucks come through here on a regular basis and Taste of Italy is the best pizza I have had in the W Valley, the fine dining isn’t that impressive. but, if downtown Goodyear and Litchfield Park center continues to get built out nicely and ADOT completes the 303 S loop to 202 connecting Goodyear to a quicker trip to Gilbert/Chandler area we will definitely have access to some great dinning that’s closer than downtown Phoenix or Scottsdale. Overall, the City of Goodyear is well run and the future looks very bright.

Just a matter of time before the city screws up one of the better areas in west Phoenix with apartments... Its happened everywhere else near there and unfortunately i think Estrella mountain will be next
