Looks great, as always. You have far more patience than I do, using such a tiny brush for a large image! Is there a reason you don't use masking fluid or tape? Or just do successive large washes?

Very beautiful.. can I ask, what type of watercolour paper are you using? I love the layering and I’ve never quite found watercolour paper that allows me to layer as much as this!

I really enjoyed hearing you talk about your process with this piece, I started my tattoo apprenticeship in October and I haven’t really had time for personal art with the apprenticeship and my part time job. I always feel the need to crank out art like I’m a machine but I think I’m going to try and start a personal piece for me and not post it. This art painting you completed is beautiful! I always love all the details you put in your artwork (I own a copy of. your "Blood Moon" tarot). What's great is I was able to make up two guidebooks (from your PDF guide for the "Blood Moon Tarot") for my daughter and myself using acetate protection sheets to preserve each image and text of the PDF guide--clipped all the pages together and created (2) books. Hope to see more creative projects from you in the future Sam--loved this video. Thank you!😇💜❤

The way I desperately ached to start talking to you about mushrooms when you brought them up! I find spending time with them pretty healing especially in a forest climate and I'm lucky to live near so many species. I was transfixed by this, it's beautiful and I felt meditative just watching you flow through the details.

This is the kind of color I want to have in my own work...darker with muted tones ..beautiful. Seems the best way is water color which would work well with my color pencil. Such amazing work Sam. 🙏👁🙏
