Sandra Bernhard has always played such great and sympathetic characters. I love how she shows her alliance for POC and the trans community. Powerful acting..the whole cast. You're not human if you didn't cry at this scene.

This was life in the 80's as I remember it being a straight man that had family members in the life. I watched this show with my wife and it was powerful. At the end of the day we are all humans going and dealing with everyday life. My father in law was a gay man, rest his soul but that was my dude! He would have loved this show. He treated me with respect and I treated him with respect!
