Enjoy the video. Since I did a cold start I let the car warm up and then revved it so you could scroll to 2:10 when I start revving it.

Thats the best decission u could ever make, but what engine is that. Im getting soon a w124 by myself and it has a 2.3 gasoline engine. Just trying to inform myself what is sounds like with a muffler delete

It's too bad that modern BMW V8s don't even sound like a proper V8 anymore, I mean they're powerful but that's about it. The current AMG and RS V8 models sound a lot better if you're looking for that typical V8 sound

Just the rear muffler
Before I sold the car I did delete the resonator and added a magnaflow muffler in the rear but I didn’t like it. So in my opinion the best sound is just muffler delete and those tips
I have e320 just likes your but I took my catalytic converter off and had a magnaflow muffler on it and it screamed, a lot louder than ya think

@@kylelive718 .. Answer is no. The rear muffler delete will not prompt a "check engine light" condition. .. A Catalytic Converter removal most certainly will though... I own an MY95 W124 E320 Coupe. .. Our W124's are pre ODB-II. .. All 1996 USA vehicles sold are ODB-II compliant. .. Cheers,

Those shifts on the full throttle launches sound phenomenal.
The resonator delete (last muffler) replaced with a straight pipe ending with the two square AMG-Esq tips both looks good and sounds great. An ever so slight refinement could be adding a "shorty length Glass pack" to eliminate the highway speed drone. Man O man, I'll give the "delete" a try to the '94 E320 coupe. (M104 3.2l) Thanks to Alex Levinta

Muffler delete makes you lose a bit of low end power for high end power. But on a big engine it's not that noticeable honestly
