My mission, as a physician who left clinical medicine, is to advocate for physician wellness and burnout prevention. Currently the narrative settles around developing resiliency in those already practicing, but I think that ignores the larger underlying issues.

My current key focus is on burnout prevention by working with pre-medical and pre-health professions students to develop a better sense of self-awareness (Who am I and what do I want for my life?) and confidence in finding the right career fit and developing skills that will serve them throughout their health careers.
