i am blown away that you guys talk about changing men and not so much about changing yourselves. althought it is a universal thing. for one, it is extremely difficult to change even when you want it (and do they want?) and second, the other half needs to take equal responsibility or whatever the amount is in the relationship as well and talk of the ways and tactics how they will change as well. i feel wanting to simply someone to change is so past, we now know better, it isnt easy at all, and the person wishing change needs to change too

Anna I am a new subscriber and I have been binge watching the podcast lately and I’m a bit shocked to find out that you broke up with him multiple times it felt like I was watching a recent video but it’s been one of years ago where y’all went trough the same thing you left, he changed and you got back togheter and now you left again because he isn’t acting right again.
