Make Cardboard Mordheim Ruins With Me - Build Fantasy Miniature Terrain from the Warhammer Old World
How I make my Mordheim Ruins
Using just cardboard, cardstock, toilet paper, and dirt from my garden, alongside simple techniques, basic tools, and the cheapest craft paints I could find show that there are no obstacles to having beautiful and fun terrain to play with and use in your tabletop miniature games.
If you make anything inspired by my videos and crafts, I'd love to see it :)
(ESPECIALLY IF YOU GIVE THESE RUINS A TRY)

I love and I appreciate your work. I want to make terrain for games for years, but I leave in small apartment with my sister, so I have no room for all that xp foam, hotwires, 3d printest ect. But you? You showed me that i can make stuff only using cardboard (what i have plenty) with cheap paints and litres of cheap white glue. Thanks to you I want to return to this hobby, working only with cardboard, even though years ago I decided that it makes no sense if I dont use xps foam and other expensive things, because it wont be "nice and neat or clean"

Dude. You do land that Mordheim vibe perfectly. Way too many modern tutorials go for that dull-gray finish, when the colorful-but-burned-down is definitively the way. Fantastic work!

As I had mentioned in your last Ork video, The Beast Snagga Boyz are pretty good for kitbashing compared to the new Boyz kit. The area where the shoulder pads go are a bit hard to cover properly with anything other than the intended pad, but I made it work where I could.

Heartly recommend Crooked Staff Terrain (www.youtube.com/@CrookedStaffTerrain/featured). There a number of videos for rubble, treasure, bottles etc. that would add to your work, either as extra decoration forr say the shop or as objectives. Along with other tips and tricks that you might find interesting, if you haven't come across him before. Adore the wagon. As well as being so thematic and playable, it reminds me a Vermintide 1 where the wagon was your start or exit point. Sadly never got into Mordheim though I have the rules and even started a warband. Necromunda was our main game. College then work, along with friends moving away but a dampner on tabletop gaming. Still doesn't stop us collecing minatures and terrain!

Love your channel chill tone and the use of simple materials. No 3d print, no premium special effects, just brilliant use of things we all have in out homes. It really makes you want to pick up some cardboard, glue and 'texture' paper and do stuff. It reminds me of DM Scotty's or early Bard's Craft tutorials which I loved for the same reason. Great job!!
