Agreed that the only ice you want to handle is going into a drink or scooping ice cream into a bowl. Not dumping bags of it into coolers! 🥾🏔️🇨🇦❤️

The flathead is one of my favorites, love the contrast between Canada and USA border buildings and technology being used to monitor the border!!!
Definitely a difference between both sides. We will have to see if that changes in the next year with tighter security.

@ChrisM-o4s Bronco Badlands is a sweet rig! For fridges....I have 2. One is a Alpicool CF55. The other one is a SetPower 30. Going to be trying the Setpower this weekend, see how it measures up.
Hey, question for u whats the best inverter for 14 day camping... back country only? I'm moving to calgary in summer and want to do a 2 week overland
@ChrisM-o4s that's a question with many different answers and solutions. For power I use a Solar Generator for powering everything up. There should be some good sales right now on Bluetti and other brands!

@Andy1076 mountain rivers are something special for sure.
Get a moving blanket and put it on before the rain fly and put some grommets in the moving blanket in the area where the rod gos into the tent and another moving blanket on top of your ground tarp.
That will help for sure. When it is a bit colder, I do put a wool blanket over the tent before the rain fly.
