They are starting to make more and more aftermarket things for the WL. They look great on big tires and a lift

I was at 107k. It’s all about how the Jeep was treated man. It’s very important to let these engines warm up because every start is a dry start. Also I did a lot of mudding so that could be a culprit too. Letting the mud stay on too long and not allowing the engine to cool properly. I don’t know if it’s just going to happen because of it being a wk2. But for sure let these engines warm up and get oil running before you put it in drive

I figured it out. They’re JK Rubicon wheels. I didn’t realize they had the same lug pattern.

I’m not 100% sure. They might be one of the wrangler models wheels. Like the Willy’s

I use pro clips USA. And the for the I pad I use the same mount but purchased an Amazon iPad adjustable arm to mount to that. If you go on pro clips website you can put your vehicle info in and it will tell you what will work for yours.

I love the Yokohamas. Man they do great. I can hear them but they are probably the quietest MT you can find. My wife is sensitive to the sounds and it doesn’t bother her one bit

With a 3” lift they do on and off road. This video was before my 3” lift tho. It did okay on road but not offroad

@@GrandExploration awesome. My brother is going to do a 2.5 lift and wants to put bigger tires. Just wanted to know what size is best or what is the biggest size he can run. It’s more for stance and looks. Very minor off road.

@@pulpo.r7790 I meant to say with the 3” lift they don’t. Only a little off-road. I’m running 275/70 18. 33.2 with a 1.75” spacer

@@GrandExploration Perhaps you can help with this? Chief customer service hasn’t been very helpful. I also have a 2015 GC. I have installed the off road animal bash plate, tow points and nudge bar. Would you have an opinion on if the Chief lower front bumper guard will fit with my setup without any cutting or bending? 🤔

@@lazib008el5 ooohh. I’m not too familiar with the off-road animal bash but most bash plates all line up to the same bolt holes on the front of the Jeep if that’s the case then the chief guard should work fine because it lines up with the same holes and sandwiches the bash plate. I think worse case, you may have to drill a couple of your own holes to line up. I could ask my buddy Daniel with 6 monkeys. He would know better. If you want to DM me on IG and I can get back to you.

@@GrandExploration This is as close to social media as i get. lol.. The bash plate lining up should be no problem. I was more concerned about where the tow points protrude out. The bracket for the nudge bar bolts onto the tow point outer side. Was wondering if the openings on the Chief lower will be wide enough for the tow points and bracket to fit through without cutting the Chief lower. I do like the look of that Chief lower just by itself, no plastic. 👍🏻

@@lazib008el5 I know that chief does their nudge bar brackets similar to that where they kind of bend outwards and the hooks bolt under it and there’s enough space for that but honestly I’m not completely sure about the off-road animal one.

@@GrandExploration That'll be sweet. I keep my eye on older Wranglers in the Kansas City area. We're between Colorado and the Ozarks and alternate directions each year. We're heading to the Ozarks this year. Another rig would be nice... behind an RV... sooner than later I hope.

@@robmock2296 that’s great hear. Yea I would say your priorities are good. Those are more important. The stock wheel ls work great even if aired down. I’ve ran my stocks at 8psi in the snow and normally 15 to 18 on trails. The bead is pretty strong on the stock wheels

Haha yea it was pretty simple. I heard it can bleed itself but sometimes you might experience little air bubbles raise the temp a bit.
