Somaliland FIRST IMPRESSIONS (I didn't expect this)
In this series I spend 30 days in Somaliland which is technically the 8th most dangerous country in the world.
Actually Somaliland is nothing like Somalia there are no pirates and random acts of violence. Although the government still strongly recommend against travelling here.
After arriving in Hargiesa the capital of Somaliland we went to the poorest area in the city. Where there are no roads just bumpy muddy trails and houses made of metal covered in clothing. On the first couple of days i was sick from some bad food i had and decided to go to a barber to freshenen up after recovering.
We also went to check out how safe it is in the city centre where you will find thousands of dollars left outside because there is next to no crime. This was one of the biggest surprises as you could never have this in western societies.

FAKE MARKET in Kuala Lumpur | VLOGGERS not welcome
Hi mate. Durian is an acquired taste. If you notice, the pungent smell slowly gone once you eat a few bites. The only way to get the pungent smell away is by eating it. And definitely, your mouth and hand will have strong durian smell. In some cases, the smell stays few days on your hands or in your mouth. Enjoy your stay !
@HyojinKim-fm2gt 0초 전 Hey, I was so impressive with your video. The message 'live for peace' is so touching from Nubian guy, and I felt sorry, when you were in school, people said to you, black people's history started from slaves. That's not true. I think this video gives us a important message! Thank you!
Thank you for watching there is a lot to learn here in Nubia about black history I was glad to tell the story 😃✌🏾❤️
Those who wish so hard to not be part of somalia, when you are somali is simply delusional mindset.
Bro You wrong somaliland is a part of somalia🇸🇴
Why do people say otherwise?
I think you are spy
😅
Another hit..Great very video✊🏽 🇸🇴
Thank you 😃🫶🏾
As a white person it was not safe, I knew Somalians friends back home that would joke and say come with me to somalia and you would be taken for ransom 😂 but bro you really have shown the other side that people don’t see. Keep up the good work !
😅😅 glad you found this interesting bro hope all is good in Vietnam ✌🏾❤️ and thank you
Its like a dessert.
Really?
Welcome somaliland
Thank you ✌🏾
Its so good that your travelling in these places because i would never go here if i didnt know what it was actually like. Most people here in the uk would never think of going to Somalia we always see the bad stuff on the news like people being kidnapped and the pirates taking ships which is terrifying. Thanks again for the amazing video but please stay safe
My pleasure I’m glad you liked it ✌🏾❤️
When life gives you an enemy like Somalia 🇸🇴 Italy 🇮🇹. Fight like British 🇬🇧 Somaliland.
😃✌🏾❤️
The only enemy that is destroying isaaq is only isaaq. Tribalism is the first root that is allowing all somali people to hate each other. Isaaq not only fought siyad barre regime, but they destroyed Awdal state and Samaroon tribe for tribal issue because they were not isaaq. Then they attacked SSC( Sool Sanaag Cayn) regions for same reasons that theyre not somalilandars and that they’re from their rival tribe Daarood. If they would show humbleness and power sharing in the region they would be may be 70% closer to recognition.
YES BRO WELCOME TO EAST AFRICAS MOST PEACEFUL COUNTRY 💚⚪️❤️
Thank you it is definitely peaceful ☺️
You’ll regret making this video. We’re shutting your shit down!
You should Go so viral your videos are amazing !!!!
Thank you fingers crossed 🤞🏾
One Nation Somalia ❤
Thanks for watching ✌🏾❤️
No different nation
Republic of Somaliland No failer state Somalia
Nice video
Thanks 😃✌🏾
Love this 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
My guy appreciate you 🫶🏾 thanks bro
My guy appreciate you 🫶🏾 thanks bro
That's not a hair cut man. lol. Somali-land, it is essential to acknowledge that Somali-land, a region characterized by its self-declaration as an independent and autonomous entity, lacks international recognition. It is important to note that Somali-land identifies as a tribal-ethno nationalist state, exhibiting tendencies of brutality towards minority tribes, who find themselves marginalized and devoid of any meaningful representation. Tragically, these marginalized communities often face untimely demise and forced displacement, bearing the burden of neglect from the international community.
😄😄 okay just a shape up no1 is touching my hair …. Thanks for the knowledge
Somaliland will be recognised soon ❤️
😃✌🏾❤️
This is a great video my guy! Enjoy your journey!😎
Bro 🫶🏾 thank you
Welcome to somaliland
Thank you ✌🏾❤️
It’s somalia my friend. The people that claim it to be somaliland only live in two cities im the whole area and don’t have control over 80 percent of the land they claim the British gave them.
But they do have their own currency, borders and president that sounds like a country to me. Am I wrong?
@@_donovanclayton so do my kids in their playroom. There’s a reason why they pander to the west so much and as much as the west is salivating over the real estate, don’t recognize them as a country. Just the fact that that 50 percent of it is Harti territory makes their claim impossible to bring it to fruition
@_donovanclayton no you are right brother welcome to somaliland anyway❤❤
@@user-dx6jk8tg3e thank you ✌🏾❤️
It is its own country stop the bs and jealousy Somaliland manages everything on it own it depends on Somalia for nothing
Yoooooo you give me goosebumps when you visit my motherland, it really makes me happy that other people are visiting Somaliland even though it is not recognized yet but we Somalilanders still believe we will get recognition one day, insha Allah. Many countries will believe Somaliland is part of Somalia but it's not, we have existed independently for ages but we haven't been recognized by any country but we still have hope. ✊ Welcome to Somaliland my brother from another mother!! ✌
I will be honest before I arrived I had a lot of uncertainty and apprehension but my friend who lives in Hargiesa said it’s fine and there is nothing to worry about and that was clear soon as I arrived 🙌🏾 hope you’ll get recognition soon bro lovely country ✌🏾❤️
@@_donovanclayton You're not alone when it comes to visiting a new country because Google and the government warn their citizens not to travel to unsafe countries. Of course, you'll be scared for your life. you may ask yourself "Perhaps it's not a good idea to not travel to that country, but maybe I should, since I have a trusted friend there." It is always a good idea to have a friend who will come in handy when you need it. But when you are alone, you will fear for your life since you don't have the correct information , and yeah hopefully we will get the recognition we been looking for )Thank you for visiting Somaliland. Many people don't know about Somaliland, but after seeing your video, they know it is different from Somalia
@@flackflick689 Exactly wishing you all the best bro ✌🏾❤
Take your toxic and devision mentality outside of somalis, hope they teach u lesson
Wow you are brave this is one of the most dangerous places in the world I think 😮 stay safe
