@@danielmarcich832 Hi Daniel, gentle humming is breath practice with sound: basically a slow gentle inhale then a gentle relaxed hum. It helps to balance the nervous system, interrupt circling thoughts and is an easier way to reach relaxed meditative states. I teach it to cancer patients, carers and NHS staff. It can also help with anxiety. Wishing you all the best.

@@soundcoherence yeah i read the James Nestor book and it's changed everthing for me. and your music helps me implement the best breathing. the Sun Frequency one i find the easiest to follow with least effort :-)

Hi Libby, thanks so much for sharing your experience and for the feedback on the track. I spent a lot of time on it and practiced with it myself too, to feel how it works. Thanks for your suggestions too. I find that my body on occasions likes a very long breath cycle. I've pondered doing a 4, 3.5 or even 3 breaths per minute track. I'll experiment and see if it works as a track. Meta-coherence! I like it!
