Great..tell you...listen and practice the Vigyan Bhairava Tantra... Future Chains one ..after every out-breath there is a pause... in this pause lot happens .healing.. samadhi.. knowing.. insight....direct connection to the akashic field.....it is the space where sound is born ..all sound..even what call the soundless sound...... talking is one.... but sit down and test my writing.....start of an incredable journey ...but inwards towards highest self ....
