Hi I have a 2007 Nissan Navara D40 that goes into limp mode mode after waiting at a intersection and I go to drive but have no power and can’t go above 20kms per hour or when I’m driving sometimes but I pull over turn car off, turn it back on rev it a little bit then it drives perfectly fine and had fuel suction control valve replaced as I don’t have a genuine one on my car could it be a blocked fuel filter or fuel pump and it doesn’t throw engine code or anything when it happens

Hi mate, great video. By any chance could you help me out? I have a 2015 2kd 2.5 hilux, i just reconditioned the injectors and turbo. I also have a 76mm downpipe and exhuast as well as an egr delete. It feels much better power wise but in every gear when i try going over 2500-3000rpm it starts to stutter and doesnt push on. As i go into the next gear the same problem continues at 2000-3000rpm. Im really struggling to find the fault. Do you think it could be the map sensor or that the injectors werent done properly ?

Every Amarok 2 ltr has the same amount of blow by . Thats how they are and they also have their own catch can build into the rocker cover. It catches the misty oil and traps it until the engine is turned off then it realeases the oil back to the crank case .

Hey all, just thought I'd share my issue with the Hyundai 2012 Diesel Iload. Had a lumpy idle when in gear (sounded like it had a cam), black smoke on take off, vibration on freeway when trying to speed up, shudder on take off. Turned out to be 1 bad injector. 2nd one in from the front. Found by comparing fuel return, the bad one had alot of diesel coming out the return, other were just a couple of drips. Changed and it fixed all the issues above. Just my experience and hope it can help someone with similar issues.

With regard to backlash: I'm in the middle of rebuilding one of these and I fail to see how you were able to check and adjust the backlash. There are no keeper bolts or backlash adjustment bolts on this differential. There are only washer spacers behind the carrier bearing races. Even though you mentioned that you checked backlash, I'm not seeing any way to check it since the housing is essentially what clamps the diff in the unit. It can't be accessed after you put the housing back together.

Is this expensive?

Well, after years of abuse it's time to say goodbye to my VZ. The timing chain is just one of many things that need fixing and it's cheaper to buy a new car at this point. Shame because it still runs fine, but it won't pass Vic rego without some major repairs.

Ford witchcraft with the filter housing is what is the problem, the return from injectors re joins the housing and joins the inlet through the housing causing air to keep circulating to the pump , your a wizard fella

Nice job mate I have the same problem. I have changed the thermostat and everything was fine. For one week. After that overheating fault reappeared. Next day the car was fine and since then I was lucky. But probably is the same issue with water pump or other think. I don't know. Please tell me what was the price for the new waterpump and for the workmanship. Cheers!

The problem is when I am driving slowly, it's go slowly slowly up to 120km or more. But when I am driving and try to accelerate after 50km the accelerator stop. The engine stay on. I have a 2022 Skoda Octavia 2.0 diesel manual. It’s been with Skoda awaiting a faulty gearbox differential for 5 months now for a warranty repair. Apparently the part isn’t available and Skoda asked the dealer to strip the gearbox to identify the part! The gearbox is in bits and they’re still waiting for a replacement part. Good news is they’ve had to supply me a courtesy car, so I’m driving around in a 2024 Skoda superb!! What a daft company.
