You can get plain grass jelly powder (without sugar) and make the jelly either plain or with a sugar substitute. Use unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk for the drink and a sugar free syrup. It’s not as thick or decadent as the original, but it can be made pretty low calorie and low sugar!
Hi Valeria, Thanks for watching my video from Mexico! I showed the box of grass jelly powder at 0:13. See if you can find the same one where you are. It doesn’t have the specific brand on the box but stated grass jelly powder. Good luck and thank you again! 💕
Well done 🎉🎉
Thank you!
If I'm not diabetic, I would make this. It looks delicious.
Sorry to hear that Elizabeth. Thanks for watching my video! 💕

Nice! Love that you cut up the grass jelly with that wavy knife ☺️ I’ve only had black grass jelly from a can
Thank you for the comment. You can now make the fresh grass jelly yourself by referring to my video. 😊
Hi, nice video and very smooth I loved🫰🏼! What brand of powder did you use? So I can search it
