Hello, I installed it on an external SSD drive (not enough space in C:), which is drive F: inside folder "oraclexe" just like your video, on Win 11. But when I clicked on "Run SQL Command Line", it flashed for 1 second and disappeared. Is it related to ORACLE_HOME not point to the installation folder? I have ORACLE_HOME already set to C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home due to an earlier JDeveloper installation, so I cannot change ORACLE_HOME. Could you suggest a way to get around this? thanks.
