Swiss ball dumbbell chest press flat/incline
I'm obese and I have my own unique way of dealing with socks. I have a question? So the towel thing is cool to get the socks ON, but what about when you need to take those socks back off? Your not just stuck in a pair of socks from that point on, are you? Seems to me, you guys might wanna devise a way of being able to get the socks ON & OFF. I don't think we need people showing up at Urgent Care because they've been stuck in a pair of socks for way too long!!!
When u do squats i was taught to push your knees out when you come back up..
Is it me or is anyone else counting 9 cards???
Thank you, Sir
I did 4 rounds of mike Tyson squats! I was sore
Song in the background is ua-cam.com/video/XZNEaTWxG_o/v-deo.htmlsi=7hiHaP_rKyAxg0Sp
I’m counting nine cards not 10?
I was just watching the first episode of Tulsa King. I was so amazed at Stallone's posture in a scene where they filmed him sitting on a bench. I have no idea why I Googled Sly Stallone posture ... but I'm glad that I did because I want to try this out :)
Awesome!😂💪
Just did this for the first time using this video as a reference. I know my legs will be jelly tommorrow. Good workout tho fr! Ima post a video on my channel here soon if anyone wants to see me struggle lol
Great challenge. Do you mind if I try them on my channel?
My leg gone numb after this
In Jail we called it 52 card pick up. Three sets good for the day👍🏼😂
A finisher ??? That $#!T would finish me 😵💫
Did MT really do these ?
so why not just do 100 reps...
That's just normal squats
It a progressive ladder.
Cool. I’ll give it a go! I think I’ll start with 5 cards and see what happens. Work my way up to 10
100 body weight squats is nothing
Next Level: After picking all up Put them back down in the same order backwards !
What do the cards add? Is leaning slightly forward to pick the up activating something? Or would just 100 'normal' squats do just the same? Asking for Frank Bruno.
Good question! The cards do a couple things. For one, it just makes the exercise more interesting rather than just doing bodyweight squats which can be pretty boring at a high number. Two, it requires you to get your butt down low in order to reach the card alleviating any cheating. Third, as you get physically tired trying to pick up the cards it becomes increasingly difficult which requires you to remain in that low position for a longer period of time putting you under tension for longer which is great for muscle gain. Hope that makes sense, good question💪
there are 9 cards...
Yeah but they're thicker card than normal so the weight works out the same 🤣
Yankees have something problem with their mind, idiots
Name of the song in the background please
Cus D''Amato squats, never forget
Mike never claimed to do these.....All he did in prison was Run in place for hours, push-ups and shadow box!
On a treadmill or literally just pretend running on the spot? I can't imagine you get hours in the gym each day. More like 23hrs in a cell.
Isn't it just easier to count and make 100 squats? . . . Oh wait.. Indeed, it is not. If some can't count to 10 (there are 9 cards), it's way to much to expect to count to 100. No wonder this method was "invented" in jail 🤣
Coins and Bills work well [indoors] if you don't have cards.
Lmaooo so fkin unnecessary. Basically do regular body weight squats. Adding the cards does nothing. Do pause reps and it's the same thing 🤦🏾♂️ 🤦🏾♂️
Each card adds like 2 maybe 3 grams. By the time you get to 10 cards you've lifted a huge extra weight 😉
That was 9 cards
Lecrae in the background 😊
This…actually seems complicated 😆
Since your not doing all 100 squats, I'm not even trying 1! 🧐😆🤣
Just do a 100 squats.
An odd comment... I noticed that in exercise videos and shorts... Males always wear lose and modest attire... Women wear revealing and tight ly fit clothing... I guess women have the need to display their sexuality in order to feel "liberated and empowered"🤣🤣🤣
To be fair the snug fitting lycra is actually more comfortable than loose clothing. Some blokes do wear it but I think for many the thought of having their bits on display puts them off. That and the bashing you get from other males. Don't try and put women down just to excuse your fear of trying something new or because you can't be bothered to wonder about reasonings. Really petty.
Hey man good video Just a suggestion Invest in a microphone and cut back on your echo in a weight room
thanks, appreciate the feedback!
Yeah. But at the end was that the card you picked ? 🤣
Что за фокусов ТАйсон а
I just play one of my favorite songs, and do squats until its over.
How about you squat down and flip the card. Whatever the number is on the card, you do that number of squats before you move to the next one?
I killed the whole Deck at 17 at the barbershop for free cuts for the summer.
@See A G Yup
@See A G Woah, I didn't even count them: that's crazy. A guy in the barbershop challenged me doing those so I knocked them out. Even ran a little distance after.
@See A G It was hard to walk for about 4 days.
@See A G 😂 yeah it seemed like you could get the water cold enough to ease them. Some people say you gotta do them fast but you don't. It's insane to do so if you wanna pop something in your leg 🤣.
No buddy you set the whole deck out.
isn't that tupac in background sound ?
The first time u do it your thighs and shit are sore as FUCK!!!!! That good kind of sore where you take some ibeprofin, smoke a little something before bed and just gently poke and need those sore muscles and it just feels soooooo fucking good because it hurts a little but feels good at the same time if that makes sense.
Scientifically, if you want the gains then taking painkillers and smoking something isn't the way to go. You'll be losing out. Yeah - you still benefit more than doing no squats, soifthat's your thing then no problem, but you are going to struggle to progress as quickly as you would just doing things 'clean'.
If playing cards are too heavy, can I start out with feathers, eventually working my way up, and achieve same results? Bear in mind, we're not all as strong as Iron Mike. 😉
what's the songs playing?
he uses the name of "Mike Tyson" to get attention! What a pointless exercise with the cards... Laughable video
Oh for fs. Just do squats without the bs.
Card game workouts are fun :).
Using playing cards is useful for people who can't count.
