So all this is obsolete now? Bridge no longer supports exporting to anything but your open UE5 project right?
For Metahumans, Bridge is still active. So it is still valid.

It is Metahuman Topology, wrapped.. You can find related playlists that show all processes, including different topologies.

Hi, I've tried to follow the entire process through the videos, but I found it tedious, long, and full of things I barely understand. I'm a 3D character modeler, and I've never had to rig or go beyond the stage of having a character with its UVs and textures. That being said, I’ve used ZWrap many times for similar tasks. Is there a simpler way to take a high-resolution character, get the MetaHumans mesh, apply ZWrap, and import it directly into Unreal without going through so many steps? Thanks in advance!
Hi, you can use Mesh to Metahuman feature of Unreal Engine. It is a single click process and easy to use.

I’m interested in MetaPipe, but I’m skeptical because MetaPipe exports a model from Maya. I’ve tried different settings, but even if I simply export a head model that I haven’t changed at all, including DNA from Maya, the connection between joints and blendshapes is broken. That is, the face is only modified by the joints, while the blendshapes, though active, are not connected to the face controllers. Many people who post videos on how to export a model from Maya to MetaHuman simply don’t notice this. Since the face still changes due to the bones, they think the model is fine. But it’s not. Can I be sure that when exporting from Maya to Unreal using MetaPipe, the connection between the joints, blendshapes, and controllers is maintained? Could you post a video showing how the export is done and confirm that the connection with the blendshapes is preserved? I would be very grateful.
Yes of course! It works, you can check our showcase videos for the proof. Metapipe doesnt change joint rotations, so every modification for expressions done through blendshapes in maya. Please join our discord support for more information.

@@weblotus Yes the Dna provides the connection. Also I talked about it in the session, I couldnt show it because Unreal creashed my pc and got blue screen so I showed it from my previous videos. If you can joint our discord server I can help you better.

There is a setting to switch between in the rig for this one also :))
Add IK controls possibility for hands please. Otherwise this rig is really not useable in real production

I am still confused, but watching these explanations, it looks rather complexe because a lot of manual tasks are needed. May i am wrong? But finally if we must to do all almost manually, using Maya or ZBrush, (like the retopology) , at witch point the Premium plugin is useful (?) I think you can understand it only if you manually try to do a fully Metahuman customization process for a very different shape. Otherwise you are right. It looks like that. I agree. We have a free version as well, still it makes the process easier, but you can start with that one.

you can use marvelous software of simply do regular rigging methods
