Butter from grass fed cows is healthier than margarine.

This is not steamed, it's roasted. Steaming requires water and no oil or seasonings.

Looks delicious. I cook all my vegetables without meat, over 60 years. I stopped using margarine about 20 years ago, and use butter or ghee and olive oil. I will try with lemon pepper. Good looking cabbage, yum! I like the way you cut it, also.

Real butter is one of the LIVE fats left in our diets. That is why it needs to be refrigerated. Margarine is just whipped oil with butter flavor. Even though the new margarines no longer has trans fats, I still lean to the all natural real butter.

I am old enough to remember many false claims about foods, like potatoes are bad for you, and eggs, whole milk, butter, coffee, and so on. Today, all have been completely reversed and are now good for you. I do not pay any attention to the so called scientist, who will slant any study, report, or experiment in order to get funding from government politicians who will pay big sums to get the "right" results. For fifty years, the lie about whole milk clogging arteries, was INTENTIONALLY done, was based on fake information to get the desired result. I fix what I want to, and eat what I want to, and do not listen to the mass hysteria over the latest "bad" food trending. I am 70 yrs. old and doing just fine.
