Pokémon Go Raid Glitch - Is Niantic cheating customers to spend cash on raid passes w/ glitch?
Niantic Pokémon Go raid glitch has been occurring for months. I’ve contacted them numerously. There are no answers & their responses make me feel like they are the ones doing me the favor by occasionally replacing a pass that I paid for. I assure you I have lost more passes than they have replaced.

    One of the things I love the most about Cadets is watching our plumes bounce when we march. This show was an inspiration to me and although I was too young to march THIS year, this is one of the performances that made me march Cadets in 99 and 2000. I wonder where a lot of those members are today. Thank you!

    I've always wondered how the development of Cadets marching style came to be. They don't really follow the normal rules.. they step off with the right foot instead of the left, they do that weird arm cock, they lift their toes at the end of backwards steps, the legs are uncomfortably straight, and they have no interest in looking smooth (bouncing seems to be encouraged). Any other corps would be shredded for that style but for them it just works.

    • @FelixTruvere
      @FelixTruvere 3 роки тому

      I marched mellophone 93, 94. The “elbow” move was VERY popular. We lifted the elbow one count after after a “stop n go” direction change from forward to backward, which also lifted the heel up to put us on our toes for our backward marching technique, somewhat uncomfortably as you mention… but it felt cool as shit to do it in unison & brand our “look.” Yes we absolutely bounced; I remember accentuating that as our plumes helped amplify it nicely. lol… yeah we know EXACTLY what your talking about. 👍🏼 like “toy soldiers.”

    I've got the same problem, read up on it and found someone saying that you need to wait a few seconds between tapping Battle and your raid pass and it'll let you attack. A way to check if it's going to work, in the lobby try clicking trainers to see their profile, if you can see the profile you'll be able to attack. My process now is - see invite & click it - click battle - count to 3 - click raid pass - click trainer profile to make sure attacks will work That seems to work for me, but I had the same problem as you, it started for me around the time of the Galarian Mime event. I've repeatedly lost my cool with Niantic Support, but they don't care or acknowledge there is an issue.... very frustrating dealing with those dense idiots.

    it's amazing how well the music flows seamlessly from start to finish...the drill and everything that's going on between the hornline, drumline, and color guard really does tell an amazing story that anyone can get caught up in...it was a show concept that was brilliantly thought out and pieced together by everyone on the staff. Looking forward to 2021 and beyond for more amazing Cadets performances! - FHNSAB....The Kid, Garfield Cadets '79-'84, snareline.

    Thanks for posting this. What a music book!!! That brass line and the percussion are just incredible. Cadets and Star were simply marvelous in 1993. Sadly neither corps was real clean at Finals in Jackson due to rain, heat, humidity, and issues with the field. I would love to see full runs from those two corps from a show where they were cleaner. Star might have been slightly better in Brass (with BD), but that Cadets brass line is seriously amazing...and the demand. WOW!

    No doubt about it, this was the "Whiplash Era" in DCI. From 1990 - 1999 we saw some amazing shows, and speed and demand were the "in" thing. I like where DCI is at now as well. Much more about staging, various types of visual demand, artistry, and getting it clean. This show by Cadets was a gem. So was Star. And Phantom Regiment at Finals was to die for. :)

    I love this era of CBC, especially their shows concepts and color guard. Watching this, though pisses me off. They had just won DCI by a tenth of a point against Star, who had been beating them pretty much all season. The opportunity to march your championship show again in encore is a really special thing that the majority of people who marched DCI will never get to experience. So why did the guard (I know it's just a few of them, but still..) decide to fuck around during this honor?

      they did a looser run thru. They all "screwed around with it" in 90. The 93 corps was under immense pressure all season in the competition with Star. The corps was a GE monster - but the show was virtually uncleanable in spots. Running much of it. That said - as a fan that season in the stands I sort of enjoyed the encore. And the "tight as nails" performance earlier that night.
