    😖 mine make me sick to a point sometimes i cant even leave bed.. if i don't take any pain reliefer or dont get to by a certain time of starting then i either cant work or I'm suffering all day.. and if its hot ... 😵‍💫 if i dont take precautions or take it easy then i risk passing out. Once fainted at Camp because of my period and the heat...my other fellow campers overheard me ask the counselor to let me stay indoors and sit because of it and the girls swarmed and belittled me because "everyone get periods!! " and that i need to " woman up" ...😅 not even 30mins later i fainted in the cabin... infront of Everyone that had belittled me.. they thought i was pretending to get out of activities but when i fainted and the counselor had to rush me to the nurse cabin holding me bridal style 😅.. lets just say they were immediately regretting their words to me.. I dont remember much of what happened from my pov i just remember fainting and waking up in counselors arms being rushed out to the 4 wheeler 😭 Since then I've fainted a few more times and nearly fainted several times in the last idk 15yrs Honestly had dealt with it prior to camp but i think camp was maybe the 2nd to 3rd time it happened Also i have very low tolerance for bs when it's that time of month and my stress can make the pain unbearable. So far i have managed not to faint in a long time.. but ive come close

    I would wait a couple more months before consulting a doctor. your body is still getting used to being off those birth control hormones.

    obsessed with the idea that a product is automatically bad because "the wrong kind of person" can use it for bad reasons, like, you could say that about anything, from public parks to child actors, both of which are far more dangerous with the wrong kinds of people than dolls because they involve real actual children. It's little more than fearmongering in this case.

    Thank you for sharing, your very brave to do this video. I think it's normal, but if you have any concerns you can always go ask your doctor. And being 29 you say is very emotional time when you are getting to close age of 30. I remember when I was same age i couldn't stop crying as well, and warning you will feel that same way at 40 as well just to give you a heads up, I'm 44 and i can tell you as advice it's a very emotional time

    I think if you are concerned you should go and talk to someone, yes. If you can't see a doctor, ask to see an nurse instead, they generally have more availability and can bump you the list to see the GP if necessary. Xx

    I started birth control at 19/20 and took it until I was about 28 and I remember have having one brand of contraceptive medication that made me and act like awful cold person to be around and followed by a medication that made me numb to everything physically and emotionally. I remember coming off medication completely and being very emotional and crying at films and the most basic of things, and after a while I realised how much the medication blocked my emotions both good and bad. I am now 32 and back on a different medication and glad to say that I feel normal and act much more normally. If you've had contraceptive medication since you were 14 you might just be feeling things differently while your body gets used to dealing with all the hormones again. But definitely seek out a good gynecologist in your area and have a chat if you can.

    Yes I also get very emotional around this time and very anxious. I don't have pcos but my periods are irregular. I ended up going on SSRIs because my anxiety was bad all the time and not just during pms and it hasn't been as bad since. Definitely worth talking to your doctor. Sertraline can be taken while TTC and pregnant if that is a concern for you. I think coming off the pill has major effects on the body. I was on mine from 14-29 and for about 6 months after I suffered with awful acne despite never having had it before!

    I usually cry and get upset easier my last few days, but not nearly 6-7 times a day. It’s usually once or twice in that 4-day period. Granted it might be proportional to how often I cry normally, which isn’t often at all.

    I think it's normal because rn I am in that phase. My period is about to start and I feel awful. The slightest inconvenience can throw me off. And yes, I do have my fair shares of crying episodes on days like this. This is how it is almost every month for me. However if it is disruptive I suggest talking to a doctor about it. Hope you do well ❤

    Perhaps its worth looking into pmdd (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), if you haven't. The symptoms include depression and anxiety symptoms, including mood swings, and it disproportionately affects neurodivergent people. I don't want to cause worry, but perhaps it could be worth exploring, if it affects your life positively.

    I feel like that is pretty normal. You begin to have a lot of horrible ups and Downs as you near your period However, if you're worried at all about this, it probably be good to see a Doctor and get your hormone levels checked. It's never a bad idea to check things like your thyroid and your estrogen levels.

    This is normal to have mood changes but you sound on the more extreme end of things. It's very normal to be more on edge and more emotional in the last few days before your period starts. You get a big drop in oestrogen and a progesterone spike if I remember properly. However 6-7 times a day feels like too many. Some women do suffer with something called premenstrual dysphoric disorder (dysphoric does not mean trans here) which is an endocrine disorder linked to extreme hormonal changes during your cycle. If it's affecting you to that degree I think it might be time to talk to your doctor and get yourself checked out. You seem like a lovely person, you don't and shouldn't need to spend over half a week out of every month with your mood so severely affected.

  • @remuskelly5647
    @remuskelly5647 11 годин тому

    It seems pretty normal tbh I have PCOS I don't take the pill or any kind of hormone medication to normalize the irregularity of the symptoms it causes because i am not overly bothered by it and tbh from my experience it doesn't really effect me anyways physically or effect my mood swings I tend just to be extremely non responsive alot of the time, yes I have moments where i'm happy or angry but I have autism on top of that which when not on my period I can have days where i'm extremely sensitive and kinda just cry for ages on end for no reason, but along with being someone who regresses into a child unexpectedly at times so acts childish or very much like a toddler.
