I bought one today. The steel is soooo soft I got burrs and dings on the blades edge within 5 minutes of swinging. And the performance of this Fiscars is exactly the same as any other splitting axe of same weight with same length handle. Nothing special at all, so don’t know what all the hype is about. My $30 Yardworks splitting axe does exactly the same thing.
