For all of you who have asked the question, I have answered.. and well.. I surprised myself too.. Again I am not a professional just some idiot on UA-cam that likes to press record.. So do you own mods at your own risk..

    just leave the motor at stock and not making it over-act with power commander etc. its not build for it. too much pressure on the engine. so the drama leads to you in my opinion.

    • @LifeWellRidden
      @LifeWellRidden 2 дні тому

      I could agree with that, messing with anything from the factory can cause issues BUT I didn't have this thing set to kill, I don't have the hottest map on here or even a custom tune and a majority of the mods that can be done are simple bolt-ons that MAYBE add 4-5 hp.. if a motor cant handle that then I question what really goes on for a "ready to race" bike. At the end of the day it seems like an engineering failure regardless of the power but then again who knows..

    I dont know how you did it originally, but i would always suggest to cut the wires from your original blinkers rather than the whole harness. That way you always have a connector to use for easy plug on and offs + I would guess if needed its cheaper to buy just the original blinkers than the whole wiring harness

    Kinda off topic, but the throttle spacers for 36 bucks are one of many reasons why I got myself a 3d printer as I printed these for literally two cents. Another neat thing I did are caps for the ugly a§§ bolts on the handlebars and fork, but also the mudflap.

    How was it loading the bike by yourself? Another channel reviewed the bike and he said it was a two-person job since the front wheel chock doesn't really hold the wheel steady. But his bike was heavier than yours and his hitch was higher than yours so that might have something to do with it. I'm considering the Ace since I can fold down my car's seats and chuck it in the back when I need to bring it somewhere and don't want to tow it empty on the way over, Being able to load it on my own is pretty much a requirement (though maybe needing a second pair of hands will finally give me a reason to meet some of my neighbors).

    • @LifeWellRidden
      @LifeWellRidden 2 дні тому

      Good question! I think it comes down to the type of bike you ride. I will say, with my 690 I could do it by myself IF I hooked up the straps and left them within a reachable distance. The front chock does not hold the bike upright nor do you have a good spot to put the kick stand down to hold the bike up. If you have anything heavier (or larger) than a sport bike or even 690 Sumo then I would suggest a 2nd person.. If you got a Harley then I pray you have at least 3 people hahahah

    Ok so i gotta ask How much more fun is that than the big tracks?

    • @LifeWellRidden
      @LifeWellRidden 13 днів тому

      Ya know.. I thought this was gunna be easy to answer BUT I have a whole video coming out on this (still editing).. The kart track is cheap ($25) and is soooo quick that you have no time to think, with the lower overall speeds you get to work on more fundamentals like braking zones, body position, etc.. Also the one I go to now does not have any regulatory body and you can take AS MANY sessions as you would like! BUT A full size track allows you to really stretch your bike to the edge of speed, gives you more time to think and setup for turns AND there is no better feeling than hauling 110mph+ into a corner and getting on the brakes hard to be able to click through all 6 gears at wide open throttle.. I would have to say kart track is the winner (for right now) because its definitely more skill based, if you are fast at a kart track you will be crazy fast at a "full size" track compared to the guy who has a 1000cc on the 1.3 mile long straights...

    That's why I ride a 2006 Husqvarna SM610, which is a real super moto without sensors that help you ride.

      Dude the non-sensor/ABS/Ride Mode life is incredible!! Sooo much better like I wonder why we need them?? Just learn to ride the bike and you wont need them! (So that means I need to learn a lot more haha)

    Which will you be running at Blackhawk at the end of August?

    • @LifeWellRidden
      @LifeWellRidden 16 днів тому

      I'm bringing both... I'm gunna try to run the KTM on Saturday and Honda on Sunday then decide which I like better for Monday. I'm going to assume the KTM since its a "bigger" track.. but we will see! Both bikes will be in the van haha

    How do you back it in? Is it a combination of clutch and rear brake?

    • @LifeWellRidden
      @LifeWellRidden 16 днів тому

      I am no expert at this hahah but I will try to explain from my experience.. so basically start by going into a corner HOT, grab a ton of front brake to unload the rear end, while you grab the front brake drop 2 gears quickly and dump the clutch with a little bit of rear brake. The violence in dropping 2 gears and dumping the clutch causes the wheel to spin and :lose traction" i.e. why it chatters so much because the clutch is fighting itself. You can then start to dial in the slide by feathering the clutch and the rear brake, more clutch = less slide, more rear brake = wider slide and so on. It comes down to practice but think of it simply - Front brake/drop 2 gears/dump clutch/feather rear brake + clutch
