Yes you could technically, create separate table with , all the same columns as original table, create new form, create a formula column that will generates a prefilled link with all the data from original submission applied to new form (so that it can be edited). Once it is submitted - create automation that copy-pastes each new field submission to old fields. Technically yes it is possible. I used it a few times when there was no other option, but nowadays with Fillout ( or MiniExtensions) it is just not worth for me the time setting up or worst debugging if you end up mapping fields wrong.

In this case scraping bee just scrapes single page provided. If you would be scraping search results you could add page number dynamically to url using iterator. Also add error handler Commit for whem tou go over the last page and get an error.

you get unique row just by using formula and dynamic Record_ID - that gives you unique link for every row. This way each customer endsup with unique update link and you can add more without worrying about it for additional customers.

Yes, Instead of setting up a button linking to Fillout form, you would use a URL for a Make webhook (hook.make.com/uniquemakeid?id=Record_id_from_Airtable) and have it update the record to e.g. status done.

Yes it does seem like a move catered to Enterprise needs. They have been pushing the Enterprise direction really really hard. Any insight why that is not doing well?

Airtable has been pushing hard for Enterprise customers and a lot of current product innovation is catered in that direction. The target here will be Fortune 500 company's marketing department interacting with 3-5 external agencies . It is very pricey for Small and Medium Business, also not attainable for businesses that might have 2-4 k of users. There is still a way to use Airtable interfaces and invite clients as "Read Only" viewers , which is free. The users cannot edit content - but they can click on embedded links that can contain for example Fillout forms to edit records. That is a fairy affordable workaround. Side effect - does not look to professional.

I would say pass the website url to http module, take a look at the output code and see if you can find via regex url of thumbnail. If make http does not return full HTML of the page you might need to try something like scraping bee

I used the text pattern matching module (advanced) to extract the video ID from a link to a specific UA-cam video, and then passed it to the HTTP module for download. Each thumbnail has almost the same URL structure, so all I had to do was inject the ID into that URL: img.ua-cam.com/users/vi[VIDEO_ID]/maxresdefault.jpg

The record ID should come from Airtable. Each row will have dynamic ID , so you can combine webhook with & RECORD_ID() using the function columns - this way you have a unique column/ URL for every record.

I fixed this issue by using a formula column recordID() and using that column in the hook... hope that helps anyone else getting tripped up on this

It should work, but did you enable sharing for those files? The link needs to be changed to be accessible by anyone otherwise servers won't be able to download it.

To cross post you would have to add a module for each platform. There is no single button unfortunately.

you would have to use the split() function that will create array of email spliting it with commas. This you pass to Gmail TO input (after you turn on the map toggle)

You would use a Make module called "Create a draft" instead of the Send module.

All automations are based on triggers. Trigger is triggered when any of the listed single select fields is selected for the first time. If you change from "Generate Idea" to "Generate full blog post" the trigger wont work ( since in both fields are part of trigger and field remains in "triggered" state) - that is the logic behind how automation work. The way to do this is "Generate Idea" - once done - make sure the final step of blueprint set state to "Idea done: only then changing the trigger to "Generate Blog post" will work again as a trigger. Note in blueprint the Airtable modules do not keep values and you need to fill out the needed fields your self like "status".

Yes correct. They are available on Pro, Business and Enterprise. Softr is definitely a tool where use case would be things like portal for your customers, university directory, internal portal to manage vendors and assign jobs to name a few examples we have built. If you are looking just for conditional forms without more of Portal element to it Fillout.com might be a better choice.

yes, the dropdowns are there to break down the process so that there can be human intervention to verify and update AI output. Regarding headings - option could be ask AI to output headings as JSON array ( solves issue of trying to catch them with REGEX) and then iterate over each array heading to get content piece for that heading.
