In theory yes, you can make a unique link for each row in fill out to update an existing value But would need a button or link for every row, not impossible but maybe a little tedious to set up
you get unique row just by using formula and dynamic Record_ID - that gives you unique link for every row. This way each customer endsup with unique update link and you can add more without worrying about it for additional customers.
Yes, Instead of setting up a button linking to Fillout form, you would use a URL for a Make webhook (hook.make.com/uniquemakeid?id=Record_id_from_Airtable) and have it update the record to e.g. status done.
