absolutely amazing finale for cour 3. some may say that the ending with askin was unnecessary, but it was fine. plus, we got details of the former royal guards especially nikita cus she's an anime only character. also, many other anime only scenes here, like with squad 5 (shinji and momo) doing smth. also the vizards. extra fight scenes between uryu and ichigo. etc etc kubo is doing his best to fill up many missing things from the manga. since he was sick while he had to rush and finish the manga. he's making sure we're getting peak cinema and extra amazing shit

Peak episode!! Yoruichi is built different

One thing I am interested in is, from both Manga and anime, we have Yhwach told us Uryu survived the Auswählen, many people think it is because for some reason that makes Uryu special and he is immune to Auswählen, Yhwach can't take his power, but in this episode we saw it is not true. Yhwach is taking Uryu's power and he is dying in front of his mother. So why did he survive in the end? What is the truth of how Uryu is special compare to others? I guess we will find the answer in the last cour of TYBW.

I think this is probably guessed, but many of the Captain that is been told "Already dead" but now coming back is the work of Mayuri. Toshiro, Kense, and Rose all been turned to Zombie and counted as dead, but since they become Zombie puppet and able to fight once again, We saw Giselle's Zombie did not have their mind gone completely. Then if go through some hard work to undo this Zombify state, it could bring some of the dead Captain back with the cost of their life span. At least it is better than stay dead or be Zombie forever. It is hard to do but Mayuri able to complete the process and get these reinforcement group back to the battle field, and that is some major contribution.

In the manga, Uryu actually explained what his plan is to use the device his master developed to turn the key area of this new Quincy nation castle back to Reishi and drop it from this space to destroy it along with Yhwach. It could only be activate by his blood since he is Soken's student and his grandson. But Haschwalth has already disposed the device that Uryu spread through the city, and even destroyed the Gate of Sun to the world of the living, makes them unable to escape. So the anime didn't show that, but in theory Uryu's plan at this point is already failed and no way out. That is why he want to count on Ichigo to take the chance of kill Yhwach before he awake again while he hold off and fight against Haschwalth who currently has the Almighty. This is their last chance and also the way that fit their style the most.

The truth about Uryu's betrayal is he learned everything about how Yhwach took away power of other Quincies to himself, and how the world is already abandoned Quincy, but from his grandfather and his master's point of view, there are different way to read this. Although from Yhwach 's point of view, it is collect what should be belong to him for his course, but to normal Quincies, especially not pure blood, it is the tyrant they never actually meet suddenly decide to rubber away everything they have. and also, even the world might abandoned "Quincies", Uryu's master still believe they may not fit within the system, but they might still find a way to help or live their own life. It is not a impossible things to do. To Yhwach this world might be loathsome and worthless, but to the Quincies live in this world still has their family, person they love or value in there, it is still a world that worth to be love. It is true that Yhwach is the Father of the Quincies and the God figure for their kind, but in Soken's eyes the honor of Quincy is not blindly follow their God's command and die for him, it should be protect the people they love and live a life without regret. That is why Soken wish Uryu or whoever could inherit this will stop Uryu as a Quincy with their own honor. Of course this becomes an extremely difficult task, from Uryu's perceptive, the closer he get to Yhwach, the more secret he learned about him, it will only makes him feel it is impossible to kill him.

Just as it been told during the last episode, Jugram Haschwalth and Yhwach could switch power when Yhwach is asleep. It is around the time after Haschwalth killed Bazz-B, he received Yhwach's power since he is asleep now. Then his eyes also turned to The Almighty mode. When he is in this state he could also use Yhwach's power and foresee everything. It shows one thing, in front of the nature of Yhwach's power, try to betray him is basically impossible, he could foresee everything before it happened, Haschwalth just gained it since Yhwach's power been sealed 1000 years ago, then he immediately see through everything about Uryu and decide to took care about it before Uryu could actually do anything against them. That is the thing, when you try to betray a person with the Almighty power, and he doesn't do anything about you but just let you in, it is not you are fooling him successfully, it is your target already know your betrayal won't end up achieve anything and no harm will bring to himself. This is why Haschwalth didn't go chase Ichigo when Yhwach could potentially in danger. "They will fail, I already foresee that, no matter I chase them or not the result will not change." But Uryu also pointed out that when Haschwalth using the Almighty, there are something he might not be able to see, so he can't really utilize that godly power like Yhwach, when it is he using it, although it is still terrifying power to go against, but it might not be impossible.

Gerard Valkyrie, Shrift M "The Miracle", one of the royal guard member and also true identity is the Soul King's heart. Gerard's ability is to turn the wound he received into godly size, which will turn him huge and increase his power too match that scale, and of course, that is just the brief description, there is more to how his power works. From the concept there is two key info, first is Gerard is very hard to "kill" since all the wound you make on his body will just turn into size and make him stronger. Second is his power, the sheer force caused by his attack is so overwhelming that even Byakuya, Renji, and Rukia can't withstand one strike head on. Remember these 3 are all complete their training with Squad 0 and are very valuable war assets in the Soul Reaper side, but even they can't take or block a single attack from Gerard swing his arm and legs. That tells you how powerful his attack is. Also Gerard's identity actually hinted in Cour 2, when he fight against Senjumaru before she use her true power, she noticed her Zanpakuto(that needle) couldn't pierce Gerard's heart, and Gerard just laughed at it and use the force of his heart to push that needle out. It hinted that there is something special with Gerard and the key word "Heart".

So, let's goes through some power explanation about Askin again, as we know before, Askin has the power to control lethal dose of a certain substance and by lower that, it could make the enemy's own body killed them off, but in this episode we learned it has a condition, which is Askin has to consume the substance he need to control first. For example, when he lower Oetsu's blood lethal dose, he need to drink some blood first, if it is Reishi he want to control then he need to absorb Reishi first. Other than that Askin could also use gift ball or gift bad to poison his enemy and immobilize or kill them. However, that is the attack side of "The Death dealing", the defense side of this power is take effect on Askin himself. Once him been attack by someone he also took in the Spirtual pressure, and once he took enough spiritual pressure he will develop immunity against that spiritual pressure. Like in this episode Yourichi and her brother hit Askin with Full-force, but that failed to kill him and since that is more than enough spiritual pressure, it makes Askin immune to their spiritual pressure and attack could no longer be effective. This makes battle against Askin the longer it is, the harder to win, Askin will keep immune attack and in the end you can't even scratch him and will die helpless.

Oooo okay, my favourite part is part 6 but part 4 is my second fave. All my mates like part 4 the best too

Im a little sad that they cut out Lillie's little tantrum Dialog. He talked about how he lost both his Halo and his divine powers and how that combined with him falling all the way down to the Seireitei feels like he fell from the heavens and became a sinner himself and how even killing Shunsui wouldn't calm his anger. He wanted to take vengeance by destroying everything that Shunsui wants to protect aka the Seireitei

Don't let all this nice animation and cool action sequence distract you from the fact that Harribel is still trapped in a prison somewhere in Hueco Mundo.

7:30 remember what Yoruichi told Soi-fon when they fought? "that uniform doesn't have any sleeve and no fabric on your back because it would be pointless, because when performing this technique, the energy explodes on your arms and back destroying any fabric on them". Soi-fon wore the same uniform (but she had pants) against BG9. In the old anime they censored Soi-fon and Yoruichi by having them wearing more covering clothes when they fought but they wore the same uniforms even back then.

Yellow temperance's design is based on "The Blob" from the homonym horror movie (Temperance tarot card) and the user is Rubber Soul, a Beatles' album (but unlike the creature in that movie, Yellow Temperance is not vulnerable to cold temperatures). During the battle with Jotaro, Rubber Soul references Mike Tyson, saying that not even the famous boxer would be able to earn 100 million (his prize promised by DIO for killing Jotaro and the others) by fighting for a few minutes. Fun fact: Araki has been to different places of Asia to write pt3, and he wanted to include India in the Crusaders' trip to show indeed how poor hygiene was there lol. Btw Hol Horse is a reference to the band Hall & Oates, his stand Emperor is for the homonym tarot card, J. Geil is for the band "The J. Geils Band" (it was changed to Centerfold, one of their songs, for copyright issues), and his stand Hanged man is for the homonym tarot card. The girl that wanted to marry Hol Horse is called Nena, as the german pop female singer. Hol Horse's quote "The gun is mightier than the sword" is a parody of Edward Bulwer-Lytton's quote "The pen is mightier than the sword". Also, Araki had the idea of killing one of the main characters of the group in order to add a little twist on the story, that could have been boring if the main group had killed every enemy without some losses. Can't wait for next episodes!

Each and every part of JoJo's is goated, but my fav part is also Part 4. But before all the adventures of part 3, we cannot enjoy part 4 as it has a lil bit important correlation.

0:59 parts 4 and 5 are pretty much tied for me. part 4 has the best plot development and final fight, but part 5 has the best theme and insane detail regarding the stands' and characters' personalities. merry christmas if you celebrate it! 🤘🔥

I always found part 3 have some sus parts but I like the stands. I really look forward to you watching part 4 and 5. They are my favorite animated but Part 7 and 8 are the best in manga. Hopefully part 7 gets an anime announcement this spring.
