WRIST HEALTH #3: Squish The Bug

Sitting or standing position, squeeze each finger together with the thumb one at a time from the pinky finger through the index finger and back again. Place your wrist flexed and extended noticing the muscles on either side of the forearm and squeeze like you are squishing a bug.
WRIST HEALTH #4: Wrist Rolls

Place the base of your palms together. Now slowly roll your fingers toward you by keeping your wrists together. Try this each way 5-10x to help with flexion and extension of the wrists.
WRIST HEALTH #5: Kettlebell Bottoms Up Holds

Grab a Kettlebell and hold it by the handle upside down so the center of gravity is higher than the wrist. Keep the wrist in a neutral position with arm bent at 90 degrees in front of the shoulder. If you can hold this weight easily without shaking or pain for at least 20 seconds, then it is time to try a higher weight to challenge the isometric forearm strength.

With elbows wide, push the tips of your fingers together and wide as if it is a spider doing pushups on a mirror. Add mobility by rotating your palms away and toward you. Try this 10x each.

Stand tall with a short iron extended out in front of you like a sword chest high. Keeping your arm straight and shoulder back, take the club from it’s horizontal position to vertical by cocking the wrist (ulnar deviation) and uncocking the wrist (radial deviation).
