Since working with @fitforgolf for the last 6 years, Jim has completely changed his lifestyle, losing 25lbs, and feeling great. He has also met with @danswinscoe afew times to focus on multi-planar movements with core and hip stability. He has been working with @gringgolf learning to shift his weight more efficiently by actually lifting his lead heel in his backswing as well as trail heel in his follow through. This is quite a different movement pattern for him!
All this....and he just recently turned 78 YEARS OLD! GO JIM!
