My dad used to grow them, I haven't had them since he passed. 😢
I've never tried this type of calzoni, I'll have to grow some onions to try it! 🙏
That is brilliant Nick, you make it look so easy, I will try your way with the bottles and the bamboo stick. Thank you so much for your great tips! 🙏❤️
Well done Nick!
I wish I could smell the food! I the the aroma would be amazing, yum!
I cook these, they are delicious, we brown some pancetta with the onion and then add the broad beans and water.

You have a beautiful garden Nick and Zena 💕
Amazing! 🤩
Yum! 😋
beautiful video
Very nice 👌
I was hoping part two had information on how to look after the graft? Can you show us the progress of your apricot and nectarine grafts please. Great videos, I'm enjoying going through your collection. 🙏
Thank you once again, I'm going to try doing this on my lemon tree as I want to grow it on our fence.
Thank you, Nick! You explain things so well, so easy to follow. It's a bit late for me to try this method on my tree this year, however, I will try the T-bud on the smaller branches. 🙏
I'm looking forward to seeing how the tree has grown but more importantly I'm waiting for the grafting. Thank you
My mum used to do these, I love them! Thank you for sharing the recipe. 🙏
Another Pugliese pizza. Are you from San Marco In Lamis? Must be!
Yes!!!
Thank you for posting. My favorite pizza my grandmother used to make. Grew up thinking this recipe was exclusive to her home town of San Marco In Lamis.
I really enjoy these videos. The way you take your time and pay attention to the details, its very admirable!
@@rakeshsinghal9920 thankyou so much, grafting is a skill learned over time so your feedback is very appreciated
😋😀
Thanks for showing us how to do this Nick! Grazie Mille! 🙏
@@adamwdotnet you’re welcome!
How simple is that… I always throw the bread away if stale now I won’t. I wonder if I freeze the bread it would also work 👏
Yes it’ll work just fine
When you put the jars in the pan the water has to be hot?
@@marilinperezcabrera5077 ensure your jars/lids are sterilised and still warm before filling with the sauce, then place into boiled water for the water bath.
@@TheHappyHarvestersTablethank you, I just made the sauce and I will jar them. I hope it works, I usually freeze it but this way it's much better. Thank you again
@@marilinperezcabrera5077 wonderful, I’m sure it will taste amazing 🤩
Amazing as always!
😋🥰
I can smell it across the orchard Nick!!!! Yum 😋
@@Lovemyhome22 😂😂

@@libbydimayo9942 no, because he adds breadcrumbs to the mix ,but you can if you like
Yum! That looks amazing, I'll give this one a go! Thank you
I'll have to try stuffing whole eggplants, I usually stuff mine in halves. Buon appetito!
Zina your cannoli are absolutely delicious! 😋
They look delicious, thank you for sharing.
Great video Nick!, well done! The egg method is what my dad used, your right it never fails.
Our tree is quite established but it needs a heavy prune now but is now a good time? It's end of winter and I'm in South Australia.
@@JQuaylin yes prune in Winter while tree is dormant, before the spring growth commences. Nick does his in July.
@@TheHappyHarvestersTable ahhh thankyou 👍 your doing the Lord's work sharing this golden information thankyou 💐
I make this every year and it doesnt last long. Ill just eat it with a bit of warm pasta. Yum. I also make it with my zuccinis because they just keep coming
My beautiful Sicilian neighbour loves this dish too. We both planted the broccoli from Connie up the road, my broccoli is ready sooner because I have more sun in my backyard so my broccoli comes sooner. I have gone away a couple of weeks so I cut all my broccoli for Maria for Maria to enjoy now and she said when I come back I can have hers which will be ready. I love Maria.
@@meljimfreya how bewdiful! Have you seen the recent Cime Di Rapa with Orecchiette? It’s also very popular in the South of Italy. 🇮🇹
My Nonno was making something similar to this on my last visit before he passed away, except he didn't do the carrots but ripped some basil in there and added some passata instead. Simple delicious healthy food. Thanks for sharing it Nick. I love the videos, they remind me of the good times.
@@matthewm6457 sorry for your loss 💙Thankyou for following along and I’m glad you are enjoying the recipes x
Yum, I think I need to buy some rapa today and make this 🫶
HI Nick, I have been following you for a while on Instagram but just joined your UA-cam channel! Can I ask why you sow the seeds so heavily? Will you need to thin them out and forfeit some of the plants? Perhaps I missed the explanation - thank you 🙂
He does this to share with friends, he will transplant the seedlings elsewhere, also in case they don’t all germinate. 😊
Grande
Looks so good thankyou for sharing your recipes 😏
