I'm sucker for detectives and forensics in video games, e.g. Batman's crime scene investigations in Arkham Origins are excellent points of dialogue, exposition and plot progression, hence I do agree that Norman Jayden is the best and most fun character to play in Heavy Rain. Blake is the worst aspect of Norman's story because he's an exaggerated bad cop that exists to manufacture conflict. It speaks to how David Cage is a bad writer when it comes to character relationships because he overdramatises situations and characters into absurdities.

I will never understand why syrax gets so much publicity, looks lame and does nothing the entire dance. Well it’s rhaenyra’s dragon I guess.

I don't like the character. But I also dislike Daemon, Aegon, Aemond, Rhaenerya's small council, Larys Strong and Otto Hightower. Why Cole has received the brunt of the fans' hatred is beyond me.

I always felt that the Targaryen heir should become the hand of the king upon becoming of age (16) since 1. A Targaryen would put their house above others (hightowers were out for their own gain). 2. A 16 yo hand is probable since they let a 16 yo become king if their next in line. And 3. They can have another position on the council for wiser people like a “second” hand or something. I never liked a non Targaryen having the power of the king if the king is absent or unable to rule. Essentially having more power over the rest of the royal family.

For me it’s a toss up between him and Aemond. Cole is a weak minded sap and Aemond is a psychopath.

Norman is my fave character from any video game to be honest…I wouldn’t say he’s particularly well written, but I was introduced to this game when I was a lot younger and he’s still my number 1😂

I can't agree with you the favoritisme towards the blacks in the series compared to the book is justified by the fact that the book was narrated through the Pov of a master that was on the green's side so he would be more prone to velifie the blacks in the book compred to what might have been the truth that is depicted in the series since it doesn't have a narrator
