• 2 Frozen Chicken Leg Quarters
• 1 Cup of Long Grain White Rice
• ¼ Green Bell Pepper - Sliced
• ½ Yellow Bell Pepper - Sliced
• ½ Orange Bell Pepper - Sliced
• 3 Sticks of Celery - Sliced
• 1 Cup of Carrots - Sliced Julienne Style
• ½ White Onion - Sliced
• 1-½ Cups of Chicken Stock or Broth
⬇️⬇️ Chicken Rub ⬇️⬇️
• ¼ TSP of Salt
• ¼ TSP of Black Pepper
• 1 TSP of Garlic Powder
• 1 TSP of Onion Powder
• ½ TBSP of your Favorite Italian Seasoning
• ½ TSP of Smoked Paprika
👉Cooking Instructions:
• In an Instant Pot, add 1 cup of long-grain rice and 1 to 1-½ cups of chicken stock or broth. Place the seasoned frozen chicken leg quarters on the trivet rack and add them to the Instant Pot. Add the steamer basket with all the vegetables on top. Cover and pressure cook on high for 22 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, do a quick release of the pressure and remove the chicken leg quarters and put aside. Mix the vegetables with the rice and transfer to a serving plate and set aside. Clean the Instant Pot insert and put back in the pot, place the chicken leg quarters back in using your trivet rack, and air fry for 8-10 minutes at 450°F until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F-174°F to taste or the desired doneness and serve.

      @MaxHandyGadgets you're not wrong. I can eat a chuck steak (not just the chuck eye) every day and be happy. I would say it's even more flavorful than the ribeye, but no matter what if it's not falling apart, it's still gonna be a tough one to get down.

      Thanks, yup, this black pepper chicken stir-fry was delicious and so tender it turned out way better then we expected. The seasoned black pepper sauce gave it the perfect combinations of flavor just make sure you don't put to much pepper unless you love pepper then go ahead and add more. Enjoy.

      What a great question. Sorry, your eggs blew up. To answer your question, we didn't know the temperature of the tap water, so we checked it. Our tap water is about 60°F here in the summer and probably less in the winter. The wattage of our microwave is 1000 watts, although that's what it says on the sticker, we suspect it's a little less. To cook the poached eggs, we set the time between 35-40 seconds on high. Use a 1 cup glass bowl and 2-3 oz. of water, depending on the bowl size and thickness of the bowl and the size of the eggs. You might have to add more water and 2-10 seconds less or more on the cook time. But once you find the sweet spot for your microwave, you'll be all set. Enjoy, and thanks for watching.

      Thanks, you can use a non-stick pan; just watch your burner temperature and set it at the lowest heat setting when defrosting the chops. Try your best not to cook them at this point; just defrost. Alternately, you could also use a microwave to defrost them if you prefer. When done defrosting, pull them from the pan, turn up the heat, and sear the pork chops quickly. Use a meat thermometer to check the doneness of the pork chops. 👉Also, residual heat from cooking pork chops can continue to cook them to the recommended temperature of 145°F. So pull them early, like 140°F; we overshot these by almost 5°F. The chops were still in the medium rare range though; that sounds good. 👉Pork Temperature: Medium rare: 145-150°F Medium well: 155-160°F Well done: 160°F 👍Sorry for the long-winded answer, wow.     Today we're making an all-time favorite of ours. Pepper steak that is so tender and juicy you can cut it with a fork. We sliced and marinated the steak for 4 hours to tenderize it, then chopped up some red, green and yellow peppers with an onion.
