Today we're making an all-time favorite of ours. Pepper steak that is so tender and juicy you can cut it with a fork. We sliced and marinated the steak for 4 hours to tenderize it, then chopped up some red, green and yellow peppers with an onion. Then we made a delicious, flavorful soy sauce mixture and stir-fried everything together to make a tasty, very flavorful pepper steak for dinner tonight. Enjoy.
