Glad you liked it, Raghav. Ramprastha Greens as a township started handing out possession since 2014. Pearl Club Residency is one of the projects that got completed recently. It's on brick construction, but they’ve done the water systems with steel pipelines and that has helped their building sustain a longer shelf life.
