Sued NSA for firing me in retaliation for reporting horrific breaches of ethics if not law. Potential espionage and treason. EEOC accepted the case Jan 2010. Sat on it until 2018. Refused two subpoena requests, one to identify SES manager I saw leaving my home after a break in wherein he bugged my hime illegally. NSA tried desperately to get it thrown out but on frivolous bases. However, Judge Laurence Gallagher in Baltimore got bribed or threatened to scuttle the case. So he gutted the case, destroyed evidence and dismissed the case “for lack of paperwork”. My lawyer was stunned at such gross dishonesty. She said rightfully we can replenish every document overnight. Judge Gallagher was allowed yo decide her appeal regarding a case HE PURPOSELY SABOTAGED, which is a FELONY. He denied her appeal. It had cost me $110,000. No one cared, EEOC IG ignored me. The crooked judge got away with it.

It's amazing how many employers try to force you to participate in holiday parties. Once, I interviewed for a position and I was informed that I was expected to get on an airplane and attend a Christmas party. I immediately declined the job. I don't celebrate holidays or birthdays and I will not be strong armed into going against my beliefs.

Making the sexually harassed woman do a check in with HR was an adverse action. The harassing supervisor should have been required to check in with HR. She is the victim, she doesn't have to now certify your workplace to be harassment free to in essence become the negligent employer's advocate

If you read the comments of the NELA - National Employment Lawyers Association article "Workers Rights In Jeopardy: EEOC Enforcement Of Equal Opportunity Employment Laws Impeded By Inadequate Funding" the EEOC inability to handle people's Charges the proper way is mighty astounding.

  • @You.TubeFan

No as a matter of fact the courts do not take retaliation issues very seriously. I worked as a Nurse 1992- 2006 required to do my duty defined by our governments laws and after doing that duty was retaliated against until employers ruined my Nursing career, unlawfully prevented my getting employment, took our families property and belongings and forced me homeless. The EEOC mishandled the retaliation Charge wording it contrary to facts and gave me Right To Sue letter. Proved to EEOC they had wording contrary to fact and they then don't even follow their own Regulations and reopen Charge. Have requested lawyers represent me and family and none will. Because employers unlawfully retaliated violating numerous Federal and State employment laws creditors never got paid, taxes never got paid, my student loan never got repaid and I was forced onto taxpayer funded food stamps and health insurance. Act surprised when the country ends.
