No one understands my symptoms.. everyone just relates it to other similar things or anxiety. I’ve had pppd for 3 years now and I was the one that actually found out my condition the doctors didn’t have any idea of it every single thing you’ve said in this video is what I deal with everyday I’ve been doing my dizziness exercises every single day for a long time and I’m still not seeing any improvement when I’m out in public or even when I’m just at home with it. Trying to explain this to my family and friends is hard because they don’t get it because they see that I look fine on the outside but in reality I’m not I’m 18 now so I was 15,16 when this first came around not knowing what is happening to me and thinking that there’s something terribly wrong with me because the doctors couldn’t think of what it could be I feel so lonely through this and I just want to live a normal life but with this it’s extremely impossible all I’m worrying about now is that I don’t know how to provide for myself because to me it’s really hard to have a job in busy environment.

Does anyway else struggle with feelings of mild to moderate derealization/ dissociation with it too?

any compensatory sweating?? how's it been? is this a completely permanent, lifetime type of thing?

Bought your guide - it’s super helpful! Can you tell us more of what your recovery journey was like? How long did it take from when it started to get better to completely gone, were there ups and downs during that time or just purely improvement, what symptoms went away first, etc? Also, do you know that stress increases your symptoms? Did you get less sensitive to stress during your recovery?

Great video!! I’m struggling it with myself and got diagnosed with vestibular migraine.. ACCUPUNTURE comes along way! I promise you. You’ll still feel that rocking feeling but it does go away with time especially with going to vestibular rehabilitation! Best of luck to anyone struggling. Keep the faith, it will get better🫂✝️

Did you have wobbly legs? Also did you have an MRI?

I think I have this…it’s been terrible…

I haven’t really got any pain afterwards, but the swelling is definitely uncomfortable

I was going through a lot of this until I got my blood looked at by a hematologist and was informed that my red blood cell count (anemia) was extremely low (critically so) and after receiving several transfusions, things began feeling a lot better. My heart goes out to you - God Bless.

I have also been suffering from this over the past year and a half and have been wondering if it has anything to do with the Covid injections, some people have mentioned it gets worse when going into the grocery store and I have to agree. It's almost like an overwhelming feeling but for no real reason. Good luck everyone I will try the ear stretching technique which was mentioned.

I am constantly dizzy and get vertigo and blackout/fall then I Can't move for awhile.. have Depression/anxiety. Panic attack. I have M.S..I Have Migraines alot from optic neuritis from M.S....

Do you ever feel like your legs are weak and or going to give out or slip when you take a step?

Wow this makes all sense now, I've been doing all the blood tests and stuff, doctors couldn't find anything, I've been experiencing this feeling in my head for past year now.

I have developed an addiction to alcohol because of this. The only relief I get is when I drink beer in the evening to calm my nerves aswell as the dizziness. I have depression and 4 different anxiety disorders, but my main complaint is this constant floating sensation. My doctor has prescribed me Lexapro and he is certain this medicine will help my case. What is your thought about SSRI for this?

I’ve been a internet detective for 2 years now to try to find out what my unexplained dizziness is and here I finally found it. I have this chronic sensation of floating and when I’m trying to go to sleep it feels like something inside of me is going up and down in my brain. As if there is something inside me that is trying to escape but can’t find the way out. I have developed agoraphobia because of this. For me this all started after I had a panic attack after trying my first pill of ecstasy in 2022 so I thought I was the only one in the world living with this as a result of this drug that I took.

I’m so glad I came across this video. My daughter may be suffering from this. She’s been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, vertigo etc, given many meds that made her situation worse. Then suicidal thoughts have come into play bc she feels like she’s the only one. Now she’s dx’d w/PMDD, which has similar symptoms. We’ve tried so much and as a mom I am at a loss bc her condition is getting worse. She had to quit work, it’s affecting her driving and college courses. It’s been a lot. She has an appointment today and I’m going to mention this. It’s sad but wonderful when you have to search for what could be wrong bc doctors are quick to throw meds at you and send you on your way. This young lady is God sent. Thank you for this information. May God continue to bless her and all who are experiencing this condition. It’s no joke. It exists and it’s time to take life back.❤️🙏🏽

I'm not experiencing severe symptoms, but I do feel anxious. When I walk, I have a strange sensation in my legs. I'm fairly fit at 96 kg, mostly muscle with some fat, but when I walk, I don't feel like I weigh 96 kg. It's as if I weigh 60 kg, which makes my movements more erratic. Additionally, when I lie down, it feels like I'm falling off the sides of the bed. Could this be PPPD? My general practitioner, who is a former neurologist, tells me not to worry, but I've had epilepsy in the past, so this situation is making me quite anxious.

I just found this video and i think i have been struggling with this for about a month now. In March i had my first ever panic attack and about a week in a half later i started feeling these symptoms. I’m going to mention this to my doctor and see what he says. Thank you so much for this video 🙏🏾

You should have put an after photo with your face the same as the before photo. You cant claim an honest review when you clearly have makeup on the after photo. Obviously thats going to make them look better so your then misleading people.
